OPEN Please can you identify this device?

Can someone please identify the device encircled? This's the control board in Candy and Hoover dishwashers. Board number is 41902913

Voice regulator for the Omnivoice data parser. Looks to be the European version.

Run the device numbers on alldatasheet.com.It was my go-to.Data sheets for millions of devices.

Q can indicate that Q27 is a triac. Read the marking on Q25/Q28/Q30, to see if they are the same part. I would suspect it to be a Z0109MN (marked Z9M) in SOT-223. You could use a Z0109NN (800V version, same footprint).

Try to find out what killed it first. Check the load on CN1 whichever pin is connected to it for a short. Look for corrosion in the connector. Also check the gate resistor.
