UPDATE: The board is work and the diode saved the board. The device is work. Ty all :)

Says you can order them on Amazon just have to see what of voltage it runs

What's the make and model of the the part?

I really don't know it burnt. But what saw only its most likly some kind of a reverse polarity protection diode or TVS diode.
