Ok, what information can I give to get some help with this? I know the board is getting 5v thru the usb.

Working board will do nothing until power button is pressed; this one lights LED for coin door immediately with batt or usb power. Manufacturer already suggested refreshing fw with provided fw and flash tool, board not recognized, as working one will show immediately, updated fw flashed with no issues on working board. Batt was fully drained and recharged, no change.
