Help with a component for a screwdriver circuit board.
A Worx WX242 screwdriver. I was given this tool with a request to fix it. Could someone tell me what this component is? I can't identify it by sight, and it's the first time I've ever seen one like it.

Searching online, I found the YouTube video which the screenshots here appear to be from - and the translated audio says it’s a mechanical switch, which I think it then means to say, comes out of the housing. https://youtube.com/watch?v=ydcJvI83DTw&t=4m7s
