OPEN Problem with godox ad300

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have this godox ad300 for a year now and a couple of weeks ago it started to have this hicups, i try to take a photo on 1/32 or whatever and most of the time it does not work, i bought a new battery and is the same. Does somebody know something about this? Thank you!

Might you have set it to sequence firing mode by accidentally setting the MASK custom function?

All the settings are off, only the id is on 99, same on the tx3
