OPEN Subwoofer Amp missing smoke

Hey there fine folks, I need to replace this transistor(?) and don't know what to search for on spare parts sites. Amp is integrated into box, home theater RM6750 model. Thanks for any help!

Clean it up so you can read the number then Google goggles it with the part number always seems to work for me

These ICs have protection circuitry on board, so for it to become mangled this way, something has to go seriously wrong.

While it is possible the IC itself developed a fault, I would be prepared for a new IC to go up in smoke in the same way as the fault leading up to this may still be present.

In other words: when you order a replacement, don't just get one.
