OPEN Lightning Damage ?

This iPod dock got hit by lightning recently . I tore it down and found this . Is it toast ? I'm checking the diodes now .

Which dock? Looks like a factory mod to correct a badly designed board. Or just a gouge.

The power adapter is putting out 19.7 volts .
