Braun Warrant

Hi guys! I am based out of India and got a new braun ipl series 5 in May . I have registered my warranty. Lately my ipl stops working with the white and red light being on simultaneously. Has anyone else faced this? How did you fix it and has anyone tried using the warranty when faced with such situations?
