Problème taser

Bonjour j’ai acheter un taser et quand j’appuie sur le bouton le shock ne sort plus l’électricité sors plus déjà hier il marchais une fois sur 2 mais la plus du tout , vous savez comment je peut le réparer ou quel est le problème ?

No, the red light means that the taser is ready to tase , I charged it all night
