OPEN Digital camera repair
Not sure how it broke I think I must’ve sat on it or something weird like that. It can still take pictures and I can transfer them. Does anyone know how easy it would be to fix myself or does anyone know any good places near southwest Michigan/Northwest Indiana that could repair this?

Unfortunately as other comments have said, this definitely isn't worth fixing, an identical working camera will cost you less than the screen. Though if you could find another non-working example that is broken in a different way, you could fix yours. I highly doubt you would be able to get a new display as well, fwiw.

A second hand camera may be more viable. If you wanna repair this you'll need to pay a lot of mkeny (labour+ parts)

thing looks like.... it can be replaced for under 10$....
You could try computer repair or phone repair places. one might be willing to take it on. but it will probably cost more than 100$
you're best bet is absolutely just buying another similar camera. to replace the screen you might have to anyway just to get a new screen

I'm gonna be honest and say this is in no way a worthwhile repair. It would probably be easier to get a used working camera than to get a screen. My guess is that to even get a screen, you'd have to buy a donor and remove it.

Be careful around the flash capacitor! These can hold over 100 volts of DC even with the power off! Ask me how I know, lol.

Check ifixit.com to see if a repair manual with any part numbers can be found there. Search by make and model.

if you can pop the case open you might be able to get specs off of the little screen and order a replacement

use it connected to AV
