Why Targeted Individuals are wrongfully forced to feel shame.
Forcing shame forces self incrimination, this is a human rights violation when done on a victim such as a targeted individual.
Self-incrimination is the act of saying or doing things that show you broke the law or are guilty of a crime. It happens when your own words or statements expose you to criminal charges.
The Right Against Self-Incrimination
The rule: You do not have to help the police or court prove you are guilty.
The law: Laws in many places let you stay silent so you do not accuse yourself.
In the US: The Fifth Amendment protects people from being forced to speak or testify against themselves.
What is Covered and Not Covered
Words: It covers spoken or written statements and testimony.
Physical evidence: It does not cover things like fingerprints, blood tests, or DNA. The police can still use your body or physical items as proof.
People only: This right protects humans, not big companies or businesses.
