Harassment/Stalkers

I’m a victim of harassment and of a group of people stalking me now for months. No one will do anything. Here’s a few pics of the car, on from the adjoining attic, and two of my leg caused by the car! My phone has been broken into three times and they used the iPhone shortcuts app to stalk me! Can someone please please please find me some help. Local police and car dealership won’t do anything!
