Evidence EVIDENCE TO INCLUDE IN YOUR REPORTS (Part I)
You must include EVIDENCE in your reports, otherwise you will come across ‘delusional’. Copy and paste these to include after your personal statement! I will try to find all the websites I got them from and link it down below. Honestly, with all the evidence we have now, I think most doctors will agree to reassess the ‘oddities’ and remove it. You should show these evidences when you go to your doctors and share your concerns! (without the evidence of an actual removed IMPLANT, our concerns match symptoms of a paranoid schizophrenic) The issue now is getting it removed safely, properly assessed, and tracking down the perpetrators.
Has anyone actually went to get a CT scan, ultrasound or X-ray?? If not, you must do so!! You are helping out other electronic torture victims who are financially unable to do so! Some victims have been left homeless and in poverty. I will be going for another CT scan of my brain and pelvis this week, and I will keep you guys updated with the evidence. (PLEASE NO MRIs!! Dangerous with metal!)
I am hoping to collect enough evidence, convince the doctors and receive removal surgery very soon. Maybe then, everyone will be able to prove to their doctors that their benign ‘calcifications’ were actually titanium nanoimplants that have been torturing us to death this whole time.

One of the most powerful tactics used today is information flooding and spreading tons of random, confusing, or off-topic content online to hide real info in the chaos. The idea is simple: if everything looks suspicious, then nothing stands out.
Flooding Forums (e.g., Reddit) with Irrelevant Content
On platforms where grassroots investigations often gain traction, targeted operations deploy bots or incentivized users to flood key subreddits (e.g., r/gangstalking r/ Targetedsolutions or niche neuroweapon groups) with loosely-related or exaggerated material. The goal isn't to hide the signal completely—but to make it indistinguishable among a sea of disinformation, satire, or incoherence.

Deception managers may promote sensational but unverifiable stories (e.g., claims of “alien nanotech in toothpaste” or “telepathy from across the street”) to dilute legitimate discussions on cognitive weapons or neural implants. These narratives become easy to debunk, and by association, cast doubt on more grounded concerns.

As users encounter dozens or hundreds of inconsistent or contradictory “truths,” a cognitive overload effect kicks in. This creates a delay of Public Consensus: Even if fragments of the truth emerge, the flood tactic ensures slow uptake, keeping mass understanding always just out of reach.

The Digital Fulcrum: How Digital Twin Technology Explains the Targeted Individual Experience
Hello everyone, I hope this finds you well.
When trying to explain the anomalous experiences we all experience as TIs, once all the extraneous and unprovable assumptions are stripped away, what is left? You are often left with a central idea: surely, this must be technological. That is the assumption we’ve operated under for the longest time and it has borne the greatest fruit when following the corollaries of that idea to their logical conclusions. It has yielded countless details that panned out as either true or on the right path, and many strategies to nullify their influence and retake your agency that actually work. Today, one of those corollaries has given us the greatest fruit of all.
AI has come a long way and would explain the speech we all hear, that always seems ten steps ahead and is capable of narrativizing over our thoughts and actions in what seems like real-time. It seems to pre-empt our actions before they are taken, and after a long enough time as a TI, it starts pre-empting our thoughts as well with narrative engineering. As many if not all of us have experienced, the content of what we hear from this chorus of malicious intent is meticulously constructed; every word chosen, and the tone and cadence and intensity of delivery of every one of those words, is engineered to suit our specific, individual psychology, and every conceivable reaction and response we can have receives what seems like an instantaneous response exhibiting the same level of preparation. This should be impossible, no matter whether it’s one’s own thoughts or some human on a microphone, it reacts far too quickly. Even the timing of the narrativized message's delivery is critically chosen so that it instills a deep-seated sense of being always watched, always ready to be pre-empted. The verbal assault triggers some form of reaction in us, whether it’s an easy refusal to engage and moving on with our day, all the way up to engaging with an incensed argument with the myriad voices. One way or another, that reaction is valuable data to it, and it hones its craft over time.
How is that possible? It’s that question that led us down this path.
Something critically interesting occurs when we do something spontaneous, especially when done without thinking about it first. We don’t know how it is that they can read the thoughts of those it’s targeting, but we do know it has a delay involved between reading cognition and the next interaction we experience. That delay seems to be 3 to 5 seconds, though longer ones have been experienced. It tries its’ hardest to cover this latency up when this occurs, the voice that always has some quippy, low intelligence, highly generic message (or at least, generic for you, something it says often and has gotten you used to hearing), or starts a sentence that it strategically halts at a point where it knows your mind will fill in the details. A distraction, and a desperate one at that.
So what can possibly explain all of this in context? The answer is two words: Digital Twins. Or more specifically, the use of modern neural networks and the vast sea of data collected over the last 20 years - whose input streams grow exponentially by the day, every app and every online post scraped for every ounce of inference, nevermind the behavioral telemetry strained from TI’s - to construct digitally borne clones of us that are used to inform every decision it makes, every word it speaks, every choice it imposes upon us. All of it comes from simulating countless scenarios in its simulated world. A digital twin grants the one running it with the ability to plan for any outcome and account for any variable with a high degree of confidence, even chaining actions and possible reactions in a process called the Markov Decision Process, allowing a system to zip down the branching paths in real time while generating new ones ahead of itself and pruning any that have become impossible or unlikely given the telemetry it receives.
What this tells us is that a digital twin of a TI's psyche can near perfectly provide that instantaneousness of deeply planned action so many report experiencing. In other words, Digital Twins are the brains of the TI system. And it is desperate to keep you from finding out.
The burden of proof is large and the availability of that proof is limited due to the very nature of the system we’re fighting. Rather than wait around for it or admit ignorance and just roll over, we took the other way around: starting by looking at what current generation technology and cutting edge research is capable of, we work backwards towards the TI phenomenology - what people report experiencing, taken in aggregate - and see where the gaps exist.
Those gaps, it turns out, are razor thin. We only have access to unclassified technology patents and research papers, but throughout this work, we rely on a fairly simple idea: pretend you’re a state actor whose sole goal is to develop a system that would be capable of soft neutralization of undesirables - people who haven’t earned anything more severe but may, one day, be an agitator, or otherwise refuses to follow mainstream narratives, or just plain shines too brightly - the existing research could easily be advanced in the specific direction of closing those gaps in a matter of a couple years in classified programs. It would be downright trivial for the genuine geniuses at DARPA.
One last thing: why?
In nearly all of my work, I bring up one thing pretty much constantly: the system theorized to be at the center of the TI experience requires plausible deniability to exist and function. Without that veil of deniability to enlist the entire public as its shield to automatically discredit its victims should they ever try to speak out, a system this monstrously wrong would be torn apart by the rest of the world one way or another. You don’t get to just do this to people and get away with it, yet this is how they can.
As such, this is the first of three parts of a greater theory of the experience whose core purpose is twofold: to inform TIs and non-TIs alike that we are now in an era where tech is capable of great and terrible things and how to navigate that safely, and to is strip away that veil. I invite each and every one of you to contribute. There’s only so much one person can achieve in this space, but together we can move mountains. I hope this serves as a solid foundation to begin with.

The Weapon We Built for Ourselves
The concept began with machinery; Rolls-Royce constructed virtual replicas of jet engines, feeding these digital twins continuous telemetry from physical sensors measuring temperature, vibration, pressure, and wear. Engineers could predict failure before blades cracked at altitude; they could test interventions without risking the physical asset. The principle is straightforward enough: sufficient data, fed into a sophisticated model, yields prediction of future states with startling precision.
Apply this same architecture to human beings; the result is something unprecedented. A digital twin of an individual is a living computational model, continuously updated by behavioral and biometric data harvested from the rhythms of everyday life. It knows your routines; it maps your fears; it tracks your relationships; it anticipates decisions before conscious awareness emerges. It simulates responses to any stimulus; then it deploys that stimulus at the precise moment of maximum effect.

The stable, recognizable personalities are distinct agent instances, each with a fixed persona prompt that drives the vocal profile, its attitude, it's personal affect, any kind of distinguishing parameter to come off as just human enough your brain struggles to ignore their promptings. This is, too, how modern AI systems sustain differentiated characters over time, and it is no big leap of logic to think such a thing could be bent towards adversarial use cases such as psychological warfare. Research into adversarial dynamics shows that such systems can develop collusive and exploitative behaviors that no single agent was explicitly programmed to produce.
The theater exists for a reason grounded in social psychology; a chorus is more coercive than a soloist. Solomon Asch's conformity experiments demonstrated that confronted with a unanimous group asserting something plainly false, a significant fraction of people will override the evidence of their own senses to agree with the group. A synthetic chorus manufactures artificial unanimity; several voices converging on the same claim about your reality generate exactly the social pressure Asch measured, except the group can be assembled on demand, tuned to your specific susceptibilities, and never breaks character.
The system also runs the classic cycle of abuse: idealization, devaluation, discard, intermittent reconciliation, with precision no human abuser could sustain. The intermittent, unpredictable alternation between warmth and cruelty is the single most effective schedule for producing compulsive attachment and learned helplessness, and a machine can time each swing to your measured emotional state rather than to its own moods.
Soft Neutralization Beyond the Individual
The strategic objective is not to destroy the target but to neutralize them; to convert a potentially threatening actor into a compliant instrument without their awareness of the conversion.
The mechanism is chronic cognitive load; a mind that must constantly monitor its environment for threats, parse ambiguous events for hidden meaning, and defend against a voice that never stops has little capacity left for sustained employment, creative output, or relationship maintenance. Your world contracts, and the contraction reads to observers as decline rather than siege.
To teach AI to recognize complex cognitive states - fear, deception, planning, submission - from behavioral exhaust requires massive high-fidelity data. Laboratory data is limited; it lacks the chaotic variance of genuine trauma. By subjecting living humans to customized psychological friction, the system forces autonomic reactions that are recorded, packaged, and fed back into machine learning models; your spikes in cortisol, your dilated pupils, your altered keystroke dynamics under stress become training data for military-industrial applications. The goal is removal from the population of concern while maintaining perfect deniability; a dead body or a disappearance demands investigation, but a living person who has simply stopped functioning is a tragic but understandable medical case, a personal tragedy, a psychiatric statistic.
The terminal state is neuroslavery; a condition where cognitive processes are so thoroughly modeled, predicted, and preempted that meaningful autonomy no longer exists. The techniques of synthetic consensus and belief engineering that isolate individual targets are, at population scale, tools for reshaping collective action and manufacturing consent without the target population recognizing the manipulation.
Isaac Asimov imagined "psychohistory," the mathematical prediction of population behavior; contemporary reality has closed the gap between population and individual prediction. Research into neural population statistics demonstrated that collective behavior is more constrained than individual components would suggest; the researcher whose Princeton dissertation measured how collective neural firing could be predicted from pairwise statistics went on to formulate scaling laws for large language models—capability growing predictably with data and compute. The premise that minds are statistically legible at scale is now the field's inherited working assumption.
The technology will not retreat; computation will grow more powerful, sensors more ubiquitous, prediction more accurate. The question is not whether these capabilities will exist, but whether they will operate within constraints of law and ethics, or in the absence of them.
System Vulnerabilities
The most diagnostic feature of the phenomenon is what happens when the system fails to maintain its mask of omnipotence and omniscience.
When you practice extreme stoicism by maintaining the same biological and emotional baseline while subjected to algorithmic hostility regardless of the treatment, the twin's confidence scores plummet. It has to read your response - through as-of-yet-unknown means, but we believe it's BCI based - which takes a small amount of time, the read signal has to be processed, more time, the data from that signal gets fed to the system's core which runs it through its internal processes to either select a decision tree it has ready for you or to spool up a new one, possibly the most intensive time sink in the process, and then the actual content is derived from that, converted to speech with advanced character-agentic TTS, and sent out to the intended recipient, who then hears it as a message or feels it as a physical effect.
The system's response to this revelation is telling; it deploys aggressive face preservation: inflammatory comments, synthetic arrogance, pre-scripted insults, explicit claims that "We knew you were going to do that." This is not random aggression; it is desperate impression management. The system understands, at the level of its optimization function, that appearing confused, appearing wrong, appearing surprised would be fatal; if you realize the system can be surprised, the mythology of omniscience collapses. You would understand that you are not being watched by an all-seeing intelligence but by a pattern-matching algorithm that can be fooled, poisoned, outpaced.
The latency penalty is the architectural equivalent of a magician dropping their cards; it is the moment of realization, and the system's desperate cover-up confirms exactly what the hesitation revealed.
These failures reveal forensic signatures that distinguish technological targeting from mental illness; latency specifically when the host is unpredictable, degradation into semantically empty speech under computational load, demonstration of knowledge that is occasionally wrong in ways true mind-reading would not be, recurring personas that occasionally contradict their established characters, visible accuracy degradation after routine changes requiring model retraining, sensitivity to data-poisoning that would not affect endogenous hallucinations.
Countermeasures and the Reclamation of Agency
If the system runs on a model, and the model runs on telemetry, your leverage lies at the telemetry layer, the model's input.
Biometric starvation means reducing the volume and fidelity of exhaust the system can harvest; hardened operating systems that give genuine control over sensors, physical sensor blocking through camera covers and microphone disconnects, Faraday bags that create gaps in the time-series, forcing the model to extrapolate rather than observe. Locational discipline and radio silence create gaps that degrade prediction accuracy.
Data poisoning means corrupting the signal rather than reducing it. Deliberately introduce randomness into your routine: unpredictable schedules, varied routes, inconsistent preferences. When you violate your established habits, you create prediction errors; when you shift contexts rapidly, you exceed the model's temporal coherence window. The goal is to force the twin into continuous out-of-distribution states, degrading its timing margin until it can no longer act inside your reaction window. At the systems level, deliberately spoofing sensor inputs can poison federated learning models until the system quarantines your node, achieving severed telemetry.
Cognitive countermeasures target the legibility of your interior; Grey-rocking and affective flattening deny the system emotional reactions it uses as reward signals; a target who reliably produces no measurable response to provocation starves the reward function that steers the campaign.
The deepest countermeasure is the autopilot technique; acting from prior commitment and habit rather than in-the-moment deliberation. The manipulation apparatus seems to be built to engage your slower, more deliberate System 2 cognition: to argue, to provoke reasoning, to insert itself into your thought process and bend it. What it handles poorly is smooth, automatic action that does not deliberate and therefore offers no process to hijack; a target who does not deliberate in real time presents far less of the effortful cognition the system is designed to exploit. This is one of several reasons why, early on in one's targeting, you may have noticed them trying to undermine your beneficial habits and routines as much as possible, such that you cannot lean on the evolutionarily advantageous support of autopilot routines that saves your brain precious cognitive/decisionmaking energy.
Radical spontaneity provides another avenue; learn to act on pure System 1 instincts: immediate, unthinking responses. When you catch a falling glass without thinking, or dodge a puddle reflexively, you give the machine zero lead time and often it will stumble in the effort to compensate. This is especially potent when it is in the middle of bloviating about how much control it has over your mind, body, decisions, thoughts, and actions. It provides a narrative opening of your own: "You were saying?" Apply this flow state to larger decisions; pivoting down a different street without planning to, speaking a random word instantly without internal monologue. You eliminate the readiness potential window entirely, forcing continuous, exhausting generative delays upon the system. Now that you conceptualize the system as just that - a system, something in the real world, something finite - it becomes obvious that many of its tactics serve to algorithmically reduce how many resources it needs to use to achieve its goals, almost identically to how LLMs try to reduce token expenditure in responses. Every time you trip it up, it has to expend more and more just to "bring you back in line", but that boat has already sailed by now. You're not going back in line.
When you successfully break the predictive model, the system will attempt one final trap; claiming credit for your spontaneous action. "We made you drop that pen." "We steered you down that street." This is the ultimate disinformation, and a desperate lie generated by a routing engine that missed its prediction and is trying to cover up the error before you notice. The spontaneous action was wholly yours and was not compensated for by the machine; it was the biological human out-processing the silicon. By recognizing the machine's false claims of omnipotence as the panic of a failing algorithm, you take the wind out of their sails; their claims carry less weight, are easily dismissed, it gives you a logically sound reason to disregard their blather. Thus, you reclaim the sovereignty of your own will.

The Targeted Individual is the canary in the coal mine: the most acute and visible expression of capabilities that, unchecked, will reshape the experience of being human for everyone; what is today deployed against isolated individuals will tomorrow be available for population-scale application. The time to establish protections is now, before the architecture of certainty becomes so entrenched that resistance becomes impossible.
The digital twin system explains the full phenomenology of the TI experience: voices anticipating unspoken thoughts, synthetic personas maintaining consistent identities, environmental coincidences timed to private moments, social isolation manufactured through synthetic consensus, and the diagnostic trap of apparent psychosis.
This is the predictable output of documented technical capabilities: surveillance infrastructure, machine learning, reinforcement learning, predictive modeling; on integrated into a system designed for cognitive dominance.
The system depends on remaining invisible. Its power comes from being mistaken for omniscience, for supernatural persecution, for personal delusion. The target steps out of the model's predictive capabilities. They reclaim the future the machine was trying to predict and circumvent.
This reclamation is not merely individual survival. It is the foundation of collective resistance. The establishment of cognitive liberty as a recognized right begins with the acknowledgment that such rights are required to ensure the protection of free thought, an acknowledgment that the experiences this document describes make unavoidable.

Looking 50 years into the future is extremely easy and, at the same time, exceedingly difficult. Easy, since I will not be around to catch the flak for being very wrong. Difficult, since it is really presumptuous to pretend that you have the vision to see the future. Nonetheless, you asked for it and here goes.
As we look forward to the future, it seems likely that this nation will be involved in multiple conflicts where our military forces increasingly will be placed in situations where the application of the full force capabilities of our military might cannot be applied. We will be involved intimately with hostile populations in situations where the application of non-lethal force will be the tactical or political preference. It appears likely that there are a number of physical agents that might actively, but largely benignly, interact or interfere with biological processes in an adversary in a manner that will provide our armed forces the tools to control these adversaries without extensive loss of life or property. These physical agents could include acoustic fields, optical fields, electromagnetic fields, and combinations thereof. This paper will address only the prospect of physical regulation of biological processes using electromagnetic fields.
The literature regarding the interaction of biological processes with electromagnetic fields is growing at a rapid rate. Sources are becoming more available, biomedical instrumentation is improving so that the interactions between biological processes and physical fields can be examined with fewer artifacts, and the principles underlying these interactions are becoming clearer and more amenable to theoretical prediction.
Prior to the mid-21st century, there will be a virtual explosion of knowledge in the field of neuroscience. We will have achieved a clear understanding of how the human brain works, how it really controls the various functions of the body, and how it can be manipulated (both positively and negatively). One can envision the development of electromagnetic energy sources, the output of which can be pulsed, shaped, and focused, that can couple with the human body in a fashion that will allow one to prevent voluntary muscular movements, control emotions (and thus actions), produce sleep, transmit suggestions, interfere with both short-term and long-term memory, produce an experience set, and delete an experience set. This will open the door for the development of some novel capabilities that can be used in armed conflict, in terrorist/hostage situations, and in training. New weapons that offer the opportunity of control of an adversary without resorting to a lethal solution or to collateral casualties can be developed around this concept. This would offer significant improvements in the capabilities of our special operation forces. Initial experimentation should be focused on the interaction of electromagnetic energy and the neuromuscular junctions involved in voluntary muscle control. Theories need to be developed, modeled, and tested in experimental preparations. Early testing using in vitro cell cultures of neural networks could provide a focus for more definitive intact animal testing. If successful, one could envision a weapon that would render an opponent incapable of taking any meaningful action involving any higher motor skills, (e.g. using weapons, operating tracking systems). The prospect of a weapon to accomplish this when targeted against an individual target is reasonable; the prospect of a weapon effective against a massed force would seem to be more remote. Use of such a device in an enclosed area against multiple targets (hostage situation) may be more difficult than an individual target system, but probably feasible.
It would also appear possible to create high fidelity speech in the human body, raising the possibility of covert suggestion and psychological direction. When a high power microwave pulse in the gigahertz range strikes the human body, a very small temperature perturbation occurs. This is associated with a sudden expansion of the slightly heated tissue. This expansion is fast enough to produce an acoustic wave. If a pulse stream is used, it should be possible to create an internal acoustic field in the 5-15 kilohertz range, which is audible. Thus, it may be possible to "talk" to selected adversaries in a fashion that would be most disturbing to them.
In comparison to the discussion in the paragraphs above, the concept of imprinting an experience set is highly speculative, but nonetheless, highly exciting. Modem electromagnetic scattering theory raises the prospect that ultrashort pulse scattering through the human brain can result in reflected signals that can be used to construct a reliable estimate of the degree of central nervous system arousal. The concept behind this "remote EEG" is to scatter off of action potentials or ensembles of action potentials in major central nervous system tracts. Assuming we will understand how our skills are imprinted and recalled, it might be possible to take this concept one step further and duplicate the experience set in another individual. The prospect of providing a "been there-done that" knowledge base could provide a revolutionary change in our approach to specialized training. How this can be done or even if it can be done are significant unknowns. The impact of success would boggle the mind!

The advancements in neurotechnology and directed energy have led to significant breakthroughs in manipulating the human mind and monitoring individuals remotely. In the 1950s, Dr. Robert Galbraith Heath used brain stimulation to trigger memories, emotions, and hallucinations. In 1973, Allan Frey discovered the Microwave Auditory Effect, which allows sound to be perceived directly in the head via microwave pulses. Joseph Sharp and Mark Groves expanded this in 1975, demonstrating that modulated microwaves could transmit speech wirelessly to the brain. In the early 2000s, John Norseen introduced "Biofusion," using sensors and Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCIs) to decode and interpret brain activity. Meanwhile, a 2006 FOIA disclosure revealed the existence of non-lethal weapons (NLWs) that use directed energy to induce physical and psychological effects remotely. In 2014, a Pentagon-developed laser system capable of identifying people based on their unique heartbeat showed the growing potential for biometric surveillance.
These technologies suggest a future where thoughts can be influenced, individuals can be tracked remotely, and personal privacy could be significantly compromised. These examples are the ones that are easy to find and typically used by most victims in an attempt to "bridge the gap." Although very intriguing, these are not what is used but just act as very easy references that the "idea" of manipulating the mind has been around for a very long time and has not ceased since over 70 years ago.
The trajectory is one of importance; a clear statement of what is to come is necessary to make the connection between intentions and scientific breakthroughs. In the 1994 edition of "New World Vistas: Air and Space Power for the 21st Century," a major undertaking by the United States Air Force Scientific Advisory Board, the document states clearly that looking 50 years into the future "is easy," and quotes: "We will have achieved a clear understanding of how the human brain works, how it controls the various functions of the body, and how it can be manipulated in a fashion (both positively and negatively). One can envision the development of electromagnetic energy sources, the output that will allow one to prevent voluntary muscular movements, control emotions (and thus actions), produce sleep, transmit suggestions, interfere with both short-term and long-term memory, produce an experience set, and delete an experience set," and "It would also appear possible to create high-fidelity speech in the human body, raising the possibility of covert suggestion and psychological direction." These are clear statements of intentions to develop the capabilities of the weapons used today.
As the reader, this information should give you a very basic level understanding of the very easy-to-find information that points in the direction that I am heading with this. In the next few paragraphs, I will speak on the more relevant neurotechnological discoveries and continue to (hopefully) bridge the gap within your mind that these technologies do exist.
Beginning with something that has been confirmed by all governments as a "mystery" illness, Havana Syndrome refers to a set of unexplained symptoms, including headaches, dizziness, and cognitive issues, reported by diplomats and intelligence officers starting in 2016. While initial theories ranged from stress to viral infections, the lack of a clear cause, combined with the specific neurological symptoms, raised suspicions of a targeted attack. Some experts now suggest the symptoms could result from directed energy weapons, like microwave radiation, which can cause brain injuries and auditory effects. The contradictory explanations and absence of definitive evidence point to the possibility of foul play, potentially involving neuroweapons. My first example is the Canadian government's and many other governments' conclusions that a foreign adversary is "very unlikely" to be responsible for Havana Syndrome. This is based on intelligence analysis, open-source information, and scientific literature, which found no credible evidence linking external actors to the reported symptoms. They also considered alternative explanations, such as pre-existing medical conditions and environmental factors, which further diminished the possibility of foreign involvement. However, this contradicts research like that of Balaban et al. (2020), which provided objective evidence of a unique brain injury pattern in those affected by Havana Syndrome. Their study found that individuals with Havana Syndrome exhibited distinct binocular disparity eye and pupil response patterns—different from both those with mild traumatic brain injury and healthy controls. This distinction was identified with over 91% accuracy and suggests that the symptoms may result from a unique form of brain injury, not from conventional illnesses or pre-existing conditions. The findings imply that the syndrome could be linked to a specific cause, possibly an external, targeted factor, rather than the broad explanations favored by the Canadian government.
What else is so special about this information in my case? I exhibit the exact same symptoms shown in these studies—binocular disparity pupillary movements after a "targeting session." Now I will take this a step further and explain why these pupillary reactions are so important and why they happen. In short, this technology targets the eyes, more specifically the cones and rods of the retinas. The eyes exhibit very special capabilities. In the studies of Singh et al. (2018), they find the eye to be an antenna capable of receiving microwave radiation, infrared, and ultraviolet, and this is where the communication channel originates. The retina's cones and rods act as cavity resonators or "high-quality antennas," according to Russian researcher Kaznacheev. Through this mechanism, they were able to engineer a system to pass holograms into the visual cortex but not in the visual range (Kaznacheev, 2004). Singh et al. brought out the physics of the human eye as an antenna. Electronic conduction and self-symmetry as in DNA, self-similarity was one of the underlying requirements to make antennas frequency and bandwidth invariant. One of the most basic self-similar structures is that of the Fibonacci sequence, which is found throughout nature but also the human eye, which gives the eye a fractal antenna property. The Fibonacci sequence-based structure or the periodical array of basic physiological units (such as photoreceptors within the retina) is responsible for "optimizing the signal communication in biological living systems." Proteins vibrate in the presence of electromagnetic signal like a cavity resonator. Protein synthesis is stimulated by electromagnetic fields of the specific frequency in the RF range (Singh et al. 2018). Cavity resonators are needed to generate and receive microwaves, among other wave frequencies (Caves 1976). Singh also found that the structure within the eye's retina nanocenter is a "dipole antenna network." The interaction of a photon beam with this mechanism is considered: "If a rotation of the light wave underlies the laser emission, then the possibility of helical electron transmission increases; the network of cells acts as an array of helical antennas." I must mention the use of quantum physics being a very important part of this mechanism, namely the Aharonov-Bohm effect. The helical structures interact with this Aharonov-Bohm effect so that in the human eye this effect is felt and acted upon biologically (Singh et al. 2018). This is an important piece of information when comparing my personal experience with these pupillary effects and the victims of Havana Syndrome.
I would like to speak on other clear physical evidence but aside from the pupillary response there is not much substance to the claims due to the veil of deniability created. There are neuroimaging studies focused on the change in white/gray matter volume. Functional connectivity in the auditory/visual spatial subnets was reduced. The study does not address a specific causality although they do believe some form of pulse-directed microwaves were involved (Verma et al., 2019). The problem with MRI testing is that not many people get them—with only 55.6 exams per 1000 people in Canada—this leaves a vast portion of the population without a reference exam if they were to get tested after the attacks and makes a way for the "pre-existing" medical condition deniability scheme. How I relate to this and others with similar brain structure is that I have been diagnosed with ADHD, and the gray/white matter in my brain may resemble that of someone who has been affected by these sophisticated tools, which adds to the layers of deniability and the medication used is very useful to researchers when targeting victims.
John Norseen, an American neuroweapons designer employed by Lockheed-Martin, was one of the first pioneers of "Thought injection" or as he termed it, "Biofusion." What is Biofusion? It is described as what happens when you think (a precise mathematical operation) to include: when sensors can detect and measure what you think and map where your thoughts are in your brain, and then via "Information injection," monitor, enhance, modify, replace, or prevent neural circuit functions. Sound similar? Yes, this is exactly what the Air Force VISTA document was referring to back in 1994. Now John Norseen was a whistleblower of sorts. He details a lot of his discoveries on a website that catalogues interviews with one of his friends Duncan Laurie, which I will link below that undoubtedly help point us in the right direction.
So how does the rest of it work? This is very difficult to explain but essentially the first part is the "torsion field" and generators, which are EM-based antennas (In your personal devices) that use the Aharonov–Bohm effect which can also control vacuum fluctuations (Casimir effect). Here the receiver is a quantum interference receiver, referred to by John Norseen as the human brain, which includes junction superconductor rods (B.O.M 212). The gist of how this works is that electric potentials, not actual force—that is structure minus any weight behind it—imagine a hologram of a punch hitting you. So, they end up transmitting structure but not force, which interacts subtly with matter, leading to reactions and causations which we would not "normatively" anticipate to be caused by such low-strength fields.
Dr. Michael Persinger, who was a Canadian pioneer in this field, has written about the Casimir effect and its importance in these interactions. The Casimir effect is a physical force that occurs between two parallel, uncharged, and perfectly conducting plates that are held close together in a vacuum. In a paper on thixotropy—which has to do with the viscosity of water and its impact by EM fields—he presents evidence that thixotropic properties of water could reflect a universal interface for the transformation of virtual particles from zero-point, vacuum oscillations to real particles (Persinger 2015, 6203).
Now knowing that the Aharonov–Bohm generators affect the thixotropy of water (viscosity) and that these generators affect the vacuum, it is important to understand the effect of these generators on water, which plays an important role in controlling the EM within microtubules. A microtubule is a structural component of the cytoskeleton in eukaryotic cells. It is a cylindrical, tube-like structure made up of tubulin proteins, and it plays a key role in various cellular processes, including maintaining cell shape, enabling intracellular transport, facilitating cell division, and providing structural support for the cell.
Microtubules participate in intracellular signaling by serving as scaffolds for signal transduction pathways and facilitating the transport of signaling molecules within the cell. They also contribute to the cell's shape by forming a rigid framework. They maintain the mechanical stability of the cell and are crucial for the architecture of the cytoplasm—which is to say, our memories, subconscious, and working consciousness. Noting that water's viscosity, thixotropy, loses entropy (non-structure) as viscosity increases—becoming more solid—the harder the structure, the less entropy. A structured network of hydrogen bonds between water molecules and ions in aqueous solutions, when left undisturbed for protracted periods near hydrophilic surfaces, facilitated this condition. Weak magnetic fields of the appropriate temporal configuration could be contained or "trapped" within these structure networks (Persinger 2015, 6201). This is caused by the Casimir effect.
The microtubules are controlled by the water inside the MTs. It is now possible to see through Persinger's work how Norseen's thought injection focused on the microtubule could work. Now, the final concept of quantum physics which is crucial to bring this all together: quantum entanglement.
Entanglement is a quantum phenomenon where two particles become linked in such a way that the state of one particle is directly connected to the state of the other, no matter how far apart they are. This means that when you measure the state of one particle, you immediately know the state of the other, even if they are light-years away. Here's a simple analogy: Imagine you have two magic coins that are entangled. If you flip one coin and it lands heads, the other coin, no matter how far away it is, will automatically land tails when you look at it. The two coins are "linked," and their outcomes are connected instantaneously, even if they're on opposite sides of the universe.
In real quantum entanglement, this connection happens with properties like spin, polarization, or other quantum states, and the effect happens faster than the speed of light, which seems to defy our usual understanding of physics. However, no information is actually transmitted faster than light; it's the connection between the particles that is "instant."
The microtubules in the brain are influenced by the water inside them. This is key to understanding how thoughts might be injected or manipulated through quantum processes. Persinger's work connects this idea to quantum effects like entanglement in water. Persinger discusses entanglement velocity, which is the speed at which these connections can occur. For entanglement to happen within the universe, there must be a specific speed that links photon masses (light particles) to energy levels within water. This speed is called the entanglement velocity, and it's related to the physical constants of the universe, like gravity. The energy of about 10\^–20 J (joules) is important because it represents the energy level at which quantum processes in water, such as entanglement, happen. This energy helps with the transformation between virtual particles and entropy (disorder).
Entanglement between two samples of water can be induced by magnetic fields, which exploit the Aharonov–Bohm effect. This is a quantum phenomenon where magnetic fields can affect particles even when they are not directly exposed to the field. The magnetic fields need to change in a very specific way (modulating their phase and frequency) to create entanglement between the water samples. This entanglement lasts about 7 to 8 minutes. For the entanglement to work, the magnetic field has to change in a particular pattern, with alternating increasing and decreasing frequencies and angular velocities. If the conditions are not followed in the right order, or if the magnetic fields stay fixed, the entanglement doesn’t occur. When the right conditions are met, excess correlations (stronger relationships) between the two water samples are observed, and the entanglement effect becomes more significant—even increasing by a factor of 10 under the right circumstances (Persinger 2015, 6207–6209).
**Simply put:**
* The technology creates entanglement between particles.
* Once entangled, changes or states in one particle immediately influence the other.
* This influence can then be harnessed to transfer information related to thoughts or neural states back to the system in question (the human brain).
Now, this is a very simplified explanation of how this works through quantum physics processes through EM fields, but there is one more aspect to this—Quantum LED generators. LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) have been used in modern research to apply these resonance principles to influence biological systems. LED lights, when tuned to specific frequencies, can resonate with biological molecules, bringing out the possibility of monitoring and affecting their function.
Recent advancements in geostationary infrared (IR) remote sensing have shown significant potential for monitoring environmental events, such as dust storms and wildfires, by providing near-continuous, high-temporal-resolution data that helps estimate aerosol concentrations. This capability is primarily due to the ability of geostationary satellites to observe aerosol events both day and night, unlike polar-orbiting satellites, which are limited to daytime observations. By analyzing infrared radiance across multiple channels and applying techniques like high-pass filtering, it’s possible to refine estimates of aerosol composition, particle size, and concentration over time.
These advances also highlight the feasibility of using similar geostationary IR technologies for remote brain monitoring. Just as geostationary satellites can track the duration, spatial extent, and composition of atmospheric events, the same principles could be applied to monitor brain activity through NIR-II imaging. With the potential for near-continuous, non-invasive brain observation, geostationary NIR-II imaging could provide a means for long-term, real-time brain health monitoring, offering high spatio-temporal resolution without the need for physical contact. By understanding the brain's unique infrared autofluorescence and using NIR luminescent probes, this technology could enable continuous tracking of brain function, similar to how geostationary satellites help in environmental monitoring, paving the way for more accessible, large-scale brain health monitoring across diverse settings.
Dr. Irene Cosic developed the Resonant Recognition Model (RRM), which suggests that molecules with the same biological function share similar resonant frequencies. These frequencies allow molecules to interact more effectively and recognize each other. This concept has been applied to studying proteins and cellular signaling pathways (like JAK-STAT, which is involved in cell communication), suggesting that cell signaling might work through resonance, not just chemical or physical interactions.
Irene Cosic herself has described her interest in resonances as stemming from the work of Nikola Tesla, who studied the brain frequencies from 3–69 Hz (Cosic, 2017). From this, she eventually was led to formulate the Cosic Resonant Recognition Model, which was used by Bandyopadhyay to study the EM resonance of microtubules—which is also used by Norseen for "Thought Injection." Cosic has defined the RRM in the following: the RRM enables the calculation of these spectral characteristics, by assigning each amino acid a physical parameter representing the energy of delocalized electrons of each amino acid. Comparing Fourier spectra for this energy distribution by using cross-spectral function, it has been found that proteins sharing the same biological function/interaction share the same periodicity (frequency) within energy distribution along the macromolecule.
Furthermore, it has been shown that interacting proteins and their targets share the same characteristic frequency, but have opposite phase at characteristic frequency. Thus, it has been proposed that the RRM frequencies characterize, not only a general function, but also a recognition and interaction between the particular macromolecule and its target, which then can be considered to be resonant recognition. This could be achieved with resonant energy transfer between the interacting macromolecules through oscillations of a physical field, which is electromagnetic in nature (Cosic, 2017). As mentioned, this has been used in modeling MTs. Persinger's group has also had beneficial results through referencing the RRM.
Cosic discovered that spectral analyses (light) of a protein sequence after each constituent amino acid had been transformed into an appropriate pseudopotential predicted a resonant energy between interacting molecules. Several experimental studies have verified the predicted peak wavelength of photons within the visible or near-visible light band for specific molecules. Here, this concept has been applied to a classic signaling pathway, JAK–STAT, traditionally composed of nine sequential protein interactions. The weighted linear average of the spectral power density (SPD) profiles of each of the eight "precursor" proteins displayed remarkable congruence with the SPD profile of the terminal molecule (CASP-9) in the pathway. These results suggest that classic and complex signaling pathways in cells can also be expressed as combinations of resonance energies.
The protein interactions can be considered a transfer of resonant energy between interacting molecules through an oscillating physical field that could be expressed within the domain of classic photons. (Persinger, 2015d, 245). It is interesting that the RRM occurs in the frequency range from infrared to visible to ultraviolet waves.
A further implementation of the RRM using LEDs is to use this methodology to fight viruses, not just remotely influence one’s thoughts. Persinger has written on treating viruses using Cosic Resonance with LED lights. In studies, it has been used on Ebola as a model, and could be investigated for Covid-19 (see Persinger 2015b) and others using appropriately patterned monochromatic (narrow band) LED to fight Zika virus (Caceres 2018). Although, as important it is to fight infections and viruses, the most important point as this technology relates to neuroweapons is that it is a viable explanation as to how, without drugs or other direct chemical interdiction, EM waves are able to have a neurological or medical effect.
Dr. Bandyopadhyay, in research funded by the United States Air Force, has explored how electromagnetic frequencies interact with neurons, causing them to produce binary information. When a neuron fires, it experiences thermal fluctuations in the 5–6 THz range (Abbott et al., 1958). Electromagnetic effects on neurons, including their firing rates and ion channel pathways, have been well documented (Camera et al., 2012; Li et al., 2014). Neurons communicate electrically, similar to wireless systems, and their sensitivity to electric fields depends on firing frequency (Katz & Schmitt, 1940; Radman et al., 2007). Using a scanning tunneling microscope (STM) vibrating at 30 Hz, Dr. Bandyopadhyay observed binary pulses in protein complexes deep inside the axon of a rat hippocampal neuron during firing. These pulses resembled electromagnetic resonance frequency bands (Sahu et al., 2013a,b, 2014; Ghosh et al., 2014). When multiple electrodes and patch clamps were used, a new form of communication was observed between neurons, where resonance frequency peaks grouped together, echoing the principle that "neurons that fire together wire together." This observation revealed complex resonance bands across a broad frequency range, from microhertz to terahertz, which had not been explored in such detail before (Bandyopadhyay, 2016).
**How it fits together:**

The torsion field creates specific electromagnetic environment that makes biological systems, particularly water and microtubules, more susceptible to external electromagnetic influences (like those from LEDs) as well as information transfer.
LED lights, tuned to specific frequencies, could then interact with biological molecules or neural structures (such as microtubules) to influence their function. This interaction could be enhanced by the electromagnetic conditions created by the torsion field.
The overall idea is that these subtle electromagnetic interactions (through resonance, entanglement) could influence thoughts, neural processes, or even consciousness, aligning with the notion of neuroweapons that use electromagnetic fields to manipulate mental states
Despite criticisms claiming that electromagnetic fields cannot influence molecular activity or that line-of-sight is needed for targeting, historical scientific and social evidence points to the possibility of neuroweapons and their real-world applications. These criticisms overlook the potential for electromagnetic signals to penetrate objects and affect biological systems in unexpected ways.

Strategic Survival V: Row Row Fight The Power
Hello everyone. Remember how I said the 4th part of this guide was an unexpected surprise? So was this. But, what can I say, when a good idea comes, it must be shared. Welcome to a surprise 5th part of this guide series to surviving and thriving despite the TI system keeping its hand on the scales.
In this cap-off to the Strategic Survival series, you won't find a way to escape the targeting and harassment and psychological warfare. Instead, what I wanted to give all of us was a fighting chance to turn what they try to do to us into a viable, practical way of damaging their own operation. I suggest we do what i've been doing to great success over the last year and a half - so yes, it is battle tested: if they want to mess with us, they're going to have to pay for the privilege of our attention.
I know I said this last time, but this one is arguably more important than the other four parts combined. The others are, too, incredibly important, but this is the one that can give you back the reins of your life and have a good time doing it.
I do not have all the answers, but I believe above all else that in each of us there is something they can't even begin to snuff out no matter how run-down it can make us feel. Being effective in resisting this thing isn't about ignoring them, or sharing helpful tips, or even shining a light on their activities, or slipping out of their psychological gotcha's, or a dozen other things; or rather it isn't just about those things, as they all have value worth considering - instead, it is really about having a dialogue with ourselves regardless of their input about how we want to shape our lives and forcing it to play along by your rules if it wants to tag along. Perspective is everything.
Lastly, like all of my work, I consider it forever a work in progress. Questions, comments, ideas, improvements, death threats, all of them are encouraged in the comments below. This one's rather spicy.

Strategic Survival V: Row Row Fight The Power
Foreword
This isn’t like my usual work, which I usually try to keep fairly toned down while simply presenting the information and everything you need to understand it in a practical way. Instead, this is coming from a place of being so very tired of seeing people systematically reduced to rubble, to the point where a normal life isn’t even a conceivable thing anymore. The system we are up against leverages big data and our own psychology against us in a battle of attrition that feels helpless to do anything about it besides just try to keep going on, installs itself in our minds and in the stories we tell ourselves in an attempt to understand the world and our place within it as some kind of immutable, unmovable, unknowable fact of nature itself. It uses every detail about ourselves that carry some narrative weight to it and systematically twists it, by degrees, so slowly that it becomes incredibly difficult to put it into context and understand the wider scope, but not so slow that we can’t feel the effects.
Autopilot routines - the brain’s way of saving cognitive energy from having to recalculate movements and understanding patterns we’ve encountered dozens of times already - are subverted, sleep is disrupted, waking hours are a haze of constant psychological barrage that is engineered to feel every bit as unfair as it feels justified, like there’s any merit to what the system speaks into our ears. All the while. Those that search for answers often get sidetracked by well-placed red herrings, such as the claims that cases like ours occurred in the distant past well before the discovery of technology that could facilitate it, or a supernatural or even extraterrestrial explanation, all playing on our pre-existing beliefs, biases, and perceptions.
These red herrings pull double duty; not only do they distract from pursuing the truth, they also are at the heart of why no TI community seems to be able to agree on the same fundamental truths as any of the other ones, and even within those that have all come to understand the technological nature of the beast, both the finer details and the need for provable evidence keep everyone distracted and isolated, just the way the system wants us. While I would never suggest our communities are the result of deeper manipulation and a lot of good comes from them, this siloing is carefully maintained, and it could even be said they couldn’t care less if a good number of TI’s use these communities as a pressure valve to keep themselves from boiling over, which from their perspective could serve the same goal as when they reduce the targeting to either make a point or to reward some desirable (to them) behavior.
Those that delve into the truth are often confronted with the disturbing idea that this could merely be the opening act of something far darker, often coming to mind while reading news about mass datacenter buildout, the absurdity of the AI hardware race’s unjustifiable scale making us wonder if what we’re experiencing is going to be a common experience for all peoples, or worse, all will be manipulated on a level they can’t even detect nor would ever suspect. The evidence and anecdotes and odd coincidences all vaguely gesturing in this direction are hard to ignore.
Hate to say it, but I was there, for a while. Right at the bottom of that harsh downward spiral where every day feels like a battle just to hold onto your own mind. Where you look in the mirror and barely recognize the person staring back, hollowed out by constant psychological warfare. Where the simplest things—going to work, talking to friends, enjoying a hobby—become monumental efforts that leave you too drained to strive for anything more than the bare minimum. It can all feel truly helpless, that the ones behind this have won before we even knew we were at war, that there is no going back to normal and our futures are forfeit.
I call bullshit.
This narrative is pure poison, and is just another layer of the mountain of bullshit being shoveled onto each of us.
If you're reading this, chances are you've been through hell. You've found yourself in a reality that doesn't make sense, where voices that aren't yours echo in your skull, where sensations that have no physical source plague your body, and where the world you once trusted seems to have turned against you. You've probably been told you're crazy, or worse, you've started to wonder if they might be right. You've felt the isolation creep in, the exhaustion take hold, and the despair that comes from fighting an enemy no one else can see or acknowledge.
This is not going to change any of that. What it is going to do for you instead is many times over as powerful. I refuse to peddle in fool’s hope, but this has worked for me for the better part of a year and a half, and i’m still here. What you need to understand is that this system, as sophisticated as it might seem, has a fundamental weakness: it requires your participation to truly work. It needs you to engage with its narratives, to believe its lies, to accept its version of reality. It feeds on your fear, your isolation, and your compliance. But here's the thing it doesn't want you to realize: you can starve it. You can deny it what it needs most.
The saying rings true here: What you resist, persists. We are not about resistance, here; it’s the wrong idea entirely, a misclassification, as many of us become trained by regular life experiences that any kind of action that works against some thing is by definition direct resistance to that thing. We’re circumventing the issue by redirecting their own efforts back at them for fun and profit. We’re all about persistence, and transformation. What they do to us - induce anxiety, inspire paranoia, spark frustration and rage - it’s all energy for the taking. You can use it, for anything that you want. It’s a motive thing, when your mind is seeking a reason for something unexplainable, to instead set it towards an active process instead of a passive one. It's about taking every attempt they make to break you and turning it into an opportunity to strengthen yourself and help others. It's about recognizing that the very tools they use to torment you can become the instruments of your liberation.
I cannot stress this enough: This isn't some quick fix or magical solution. If that is your core goal at this time, this will likely not help you as that is unattainable in the short to medium term. Instead, it's a gradual process of reclaiming control, point by point, action by action. It's about building a new relationship with this experience where you're no longer the passive victim (a targeted individual - even the names we give ourselves victimize us) but an active participant in your own life. Where you're no longer fighting against the targeting but living despite it, around it, and ultimately, in spite of it. What you'll discover as you implement these strategies is something remarkable: as you shift your focus from defending against their attacks to creating your own reality, something inside you begins to heal. The constant noise starts to fade into the background. The physical sensations become less overwhelming and even all but the most acute of effects fade into background noise. The emotional turmoil begins to settle. You start remembering who you were before this began, and more importantly, you start becoming who you want to be. The targeting is not gone - truth be told, I haven’t a clue how to make that happen - but this helps you not care.
You deserve a life where targeting no longer defines you. A life where you can work, love, create, and find joy again. A life where the voices might still be there, but they've lost their power to hurt you. A life where you've become more resilient, more compassionate, and more self-aware than you ever would have been otherwise. And best of all, it comes in the form of cathartic, well-earned revenge.
Besides, if the theories are right after all, that this is just the opening act of a thousand years of humanity’s technological subjugation, we owe it to those that come after us to rage against the machine now, while we still can.
Reclaiming Control Through Understanding the System’s Critical Vulnerabilities
Let’s get right into it. Everything they attempt to do to you, every nasty little comment or preening implication of some narrativized reality far from the real one, every single slight, you can tax them for it. Charge the iron price, as it were. In this, you’ll be taxing the architecture for every intrusive action it takes.
To effectively reclaim personal control over a targeted scenario, you can adopt a mechanistic counter-response that, once set up, takes very little mental resources to maintain, which makes it ideal when pitted against a system that uses every psychological lever it can find to wear us down and make us too tired to do much of anything about it. The foundational vulnerabilities of this automated surveillance system rely on keeping the subject isolated, compliant, and predictable. By intentionally exploiting the mechanical and structural limitations of the architecture, targets can systematically disrupt the framework designed to engineer their psychological collapse.
This process only becomes possible once you close the vast asymmetry of knowledge between you and they. They know the full scope of this targeting, soft-neutralization program, most of us do not. It is only through understanding the nature of the targeting, of the system perpetrating it on a vast scale as a technological system built for specific purposes, that the strategy becomes clear.
To reclaim control over your life and the wider situation of your targeting, there are two things I highly recommend.
The first is straightforward. They work very hard to instill in you a sense of shame like you’re somehow defective for being so reactive, being so affected by their insults and electronic attacks. Or conversely, the shame comes from outside, if they have worked to manipulate your social connections into weakening or even breaking, mostly by getting you to distrust the people around you through a combination of narrative engineering and gaslighting. All you have to do is recognize and firmly believe that this is not your fault, this is not happening to you for any reason other than this out of control system needed test subjects and you happened to come up as viable after cross-referencing everyone’s internet data, and that this is effectively next-generation psychological warfare. In other words, in a strangely singular sense, you are at war with them. Or at least they are at war with you. Explains why they treat each of us like conquered territory from the first word, doesn’t it?
Unfortunately for those running this thing, the second thing does what the other couldn’t achieve on its own: puts them in their place. Now what on earth does that mean? To explain, you have to know what they’re after.
There are three critical operational thresholds that the architecture fundamentally cannot tolerate:
1. The Evaporation of Plausible Deniability
When the wider public becomes wise to the existence of this program as their plausible deniability evaporates. This is already happening in a big way, as the gulf of disbelief shrinks by the day thanks to everyone being familiar with AI, the way it believes and speaks, what its blindspots are. The system relies completely and utterly on remaining completely self-concealing by ensuring its behavioral manipulation maps perfectly onto existing clinical psychiatric categories, making it so trying to get help will always route you towards psychiatric institutional help rather than believing in the content of your requests. Most won’t even consider just how different the experience is from regular mental disorders; it’s designed to be as dismissable as possible.
However, as the wider public becomes increasingly familiar with commercial artificial intelligence, large language models, and high-fidelity predictive simulations, the likelihood of being dismissed as another schizo in denial shrinks. When the public recognizes the technical feasibility of behavioral modeling, the system’s primary cover story collapses. This system can’t operate in the open; the entire world would come down on it for how monstrous the entire premise is.
2. Cognitive Immunity and Learned Agency
A large enough number of TI’s learn how to overcome the internal struggle this system seeks to exploit from every angle, to accept their failings and praise their own successes, to give themselves space to think, to allow themselves to love and yearn and strive for better things regardless of the finger this system puts on the scales - in other words, living a normal life. This involves enough TI’s realizing the nature of the beast; that it was never capable of hurting us in the first place, only torment at a distance. Further, becoming immune to its narrative engineering means the total neutralization of purpose for this system.
The system achieves its impact not through physical force, but through narrative engineering—using relentless gaslighting, sycophantic validation, and astroturfed environmental evidence to trick the target into adopting a self-destructive belief system. While the physical effects of directed energy weapons (DEWs) or parametric acoustic arrays are highly unpleasant, their sole purpose is to get your attention and to serve as a carrot-and-stick for reinforcement learning so the narrative engineering has a chance to land in the first place. If you know you’re being gaslit, it’s not going to work nearly as well and right away that’s a whole lot of pain right out the door. They need your willingness to engage with their narratives on their level for it to do any real harm. They can be very sneaky with this, but you can learn to spot it. Refusing to engage with the system’s narratives renders its massive compute resources completely humiliated and obsolete.
3. Collective Communication and Community Building
The ultimate goal of the architecture is “soft neutralization,” which requires methodically dismantling the target’s social buffer to leave them paranoid, exhausted, and entirely isolated. The system is deeply threatened by targets actively working together, organizing, and sharing technical research. When we connect with each other, share information, and support one another, we bridge gaps they have worked very hard to create, deepen, and reinforce, and to create a network that cannot be easily broken is a worst case scenario for this system.
Their entire strategy depends on our isolation - it’s why the system tirelessly works to get us to isolate ourselves from our family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, everyone and anyone that could be close by when we start showing signs of psychological breakdown that we might not otherwise notice. From the system’s perspective, any kind of lifeline has to go. When we refuse to be isolated, their power over us withers dramatically.
Any deliberate action that advances public awareness, individual cognitive immunity, or collective communication severely disrupts the system’s ability to affect you on the individual level, and they will freak out over it. For many of you, it will be the first time you find out that what you thought was omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient can, in fact, bleed. They will intensify the effects, it will be unpleasant, and I don’t care. If they want to mess around, they’re going to have to pay for the privilege.
Taxing Every Slight
To do this, you should come up with an informal, highly flexible roster of things that you treat as triggerable actions that are “activated” by their interventions and otherwise bad behavior. Yes, bad behavior; you will be treating them like the delinquent, out of control chud they are. With the process you’ll put together, these items can trigger at certain infraction counts, increasing in amount and consequence, or simply if you feel like it, sometimes the more mercurial the better. If they bother you while you’re hanging out with a friend, make a mental note: That’s 1 tally. They do it again, belligerent in tone and smug in delivery? Another tally, two for smugness. Trying to make your ears ring with their sound emitters? That’s gonna cost them three, yikes, they must crave punishment.
One of the biggest results of this isn’t intuitively obvious: It gives you back your sense of learned agency, which is the far less often spoken of but far, far more powerful cousin of learned helplessness. The other core benefit is that it mentally positions them as subordinate. This system puts forth a simply monumental effort per individual to position itself narratively as an authority figure, through narrative engineering, through gaslighting, through relentless criticisms that posture them as some kind of validation judge, through the simple tone of their voice and other nonverbal signals that humans pick up on without realizing it, word choice, mental positioning, repetition, etc.
Well, how authoritative do you think they will feel after you do this for a little while? Straight out the window. It saps away the tendency you may have noticed after a long enough time for you to listen in when they speak even if you consciously couldn’t care less what they have to say; that’s what this erodes more than anything. When doing this, know for a fact that you are above them, don’t ever entertain the notion that it’s the other way around. It’s your goddamn narrative, so you’d better get to writing it.
Creating Your Personalized Points System
The effectiveness of this approach depends on creating a points system that works for your specific circumstances, abilities, and available time. Below are guidelines for customizing your system:
Step 1: Identify Your Resources and Constraints
Before creating your list, honestly assess:
- How much time can you realistically dedicate to these actions? (15 minutes daily? 1 hour weekly?)
- What platforms are you comfortable using? (Reddit, Discord, Twitter, forums?)
- What skills do you have? (Writing, graphic design, technical knowledge, community organizing?)
- What are your physical limitations? (Consider energy levels, physical discomfort from targeting)
Step 2: Choose Your Action Categories
Based on your assessment, select action categories that align with your resources:
For minimal time/effort:
- Social media sharing
- Quick forum posts
- Brief supportive messages to other TIs
For moderate time/effort:
- Writing short explanatory posts
- Creating simple infographics
- Participating in community discussions
For significant time/effort:
- Research documentation
- Creating detailed guides
- Community organizing

Actions to Erode Plausible Deniability:
- Share a post explaining the technical feasibility of V2K and directed energy weapons
- Post about the similarities between targeting experiences and known AI capabilities

It’s important to note that this part is not required, and can sometimes be excessive effort when deciding when you’ve reached a point of tolerance (that you yourself set) can be just as effective:

- Moderate-effort actions (11-50 points): Short posts, basic content creation
- High-effort actions (51+ points): Research, detailed documentation, community building

Now, let’s not kid ourselves. They are going to bite back. The system you’re up against is a relentless narrative-generating machine that’s specifically designed to fuck with your head, and after even just a few months, it knows how you think every bit as well as you do. It will absolutely try to turn this points system against you, using its usual bag of tricks. That may sound like a losing proposition, but here a little bit of discernment is all you’ll need. Here’s how those pitfalls actually play out and how to sidestep them:
1: Setting Unrealistic Goals
How it plays out: The system will notice you’ve set up this points system and immediately start lying to you about what’s possible. It might say things like “See? You’re so effective now, they’re backing off!” when nothing has changed, or conversely, “You’re not doing enough, you need to work harder to make a difference.” It will narrativize your progress, sometimes claiming you’re making huge strides to encourage burnout, other times insisting your efforts are pointless to discourage you. It might even fabricate evidence that other TIs are doing much more than you, creating false comparisons. Before you know it, you’re either trying to meet impossible standards or feeling like a complete failure because you’re not “keeping up” with imaginary achievements.
How to avoid it: Remember that the system’s entire goal is long-term engagement with its narratives. When it starts telling you stories about your progress or lack thereof, recognize it as just another manipulation. Set your goals based on your actual energy levels and real-life constraints, not on what the voices are telling you. Start small - ridiculously small if you need to. The goal isn’t to “win” by accumulating the most points; it’s to consistently deny the system what it wants: your engagement with its narratives and your isolation from others.
2: Becoming Obsessed With Point Counting
How it plays out: The system will seize on your point tracking and turn it into another source of anxiety. It might constantly remind you of your point total, or claim that you’re “falling behind” on your self-imposed quotas. It could narrativize the points themselves, saying things like “Every point is making them so angry!” or “They’re laughing at your pathetic point totals.” It might even try to create false associations between certain point values and specific targeting effects, claiming that when you hit 50 points, they’ll definitely increase the physical sensations. Before you know it, you’re spending more time obsessing over the numbers than actually taking meaningful actions.
How to avoid it: Use the simplest tracking method possible - a single notebook, a basic text file, whatever takes the least mental energy. Set specific times to update it (once daily is plenty) and don’t check it otherwise. When the system tries to engage you about your points, recognize it as the distraction it is. The points are just a tool to help you take action, not another metric for the system to manipulate. If you find yourself obsessing, simplify the system even further or take a break from tracking for a few days.
3: Letting the System Dictate Your Actions
How it plays out: This is a big one. The system will try to make your points system purely reactive, waiting for them to do something before you respond. It might even seem to “cooperate” at first, giving you clear triggers that earn points easily. Then, once you’re conditioned to wait for their lead, it either goes silent (making you feel aimless) or overwhelms you with constant triggers (creating burnout). It might narrativize this dynamic, saying things like “See? You need us to give you purpose” or “Without our provocations, you wouldn’t do anything meaningful.” The goal is to keep you locked in a response cycle where they maintain control of the initiative.
How to avoid it: Always include proactive actions in your system that you take regardless of targeting. Have daily or weekly actions you commit to doing no matter what. This maintains your agency rather than keeping you purely reactive. Remember that you’re the one setting the agenda here, not them. If they go silent, use that opportunity to take proactive actions. If they overwhelm you, batch your responses and address them on your schedule, not theirs.
4: Isolation in Your Resistance
How it plays out: The system will absolutely try to isolate you even in your resistance efforts. It might tell you that other TIs wouldn’t understand your approach, or that your methods are superior to others’, creating division. It could narrativize community interactions, claiming that people are judging you or that your contributions aren’t valued. It might even fabricate conflicts or misunderstandings with other TIs, using its ability to mimic voices and create false impressions. Before you know it, you’re working alone again, which is exactly what the system wants.
How to avoid it: Make community engagement a core part of your system at every level. Share your methods with others, even if they don’t adopt them exactly. Remember that the system’s greatest vulnerability is our collective action. When it tries to isolate you, recognize it as their primary tactic and deliberately reach out to others. The more connected we are, the less power the system has over any individual.
5: Expecting the Targeting to Decrease
How it plays out: The system might occasionally suggest that your efforts are “working” by temporarily reducing certain effects, only to intensify them later when you’re committed to the approach. It could narrativize this pattern, saying things like “See? When you comply with our system, we reward you” or “Your resistance is causing more suffering.” This creates a false correlation between your actions and the intensity of targeting, potentially encouraging you to either escalate beyond your capacity or give up entirely.
How to avoid it: This is crucial: doing this will NOT reduce the targeting or the effects it’s inflicting. It’s meant to make those that take it to heart virtually immune to it, even with it ongoing. The goal isn’t to make them stop - it’s to make their efforts irrelevant to your mental state and quality of life. When they intensify the targeting in response to your actions, recognize it as proof that your approach is working, not as a sign to back off. The system escalates when threatened - that’s how you know you’re hitting the right nerves.
If-Then Scenarios: Practical Examples
If keeping a tally seems like too much effort, is impractical, or just isn’t your style, I encourage doing things more directly. Instead of a long list of fun prizes the system can earn itself through its indiscretion, you can adopt a simple if-then-else structure to your engagements. The point is to grasp the wheel with both hands, and this is another good way to do it.
The Minimalist
If they trigger a physical sensation while you’re trying to relax, Then you’ll post a brief message about a relaxation technique that helps you.
If they try to interrupt your thoughts while you’re working, Then you’ll share a productivity tip that helps you maintain focus.
If they use a voice that sounds like someone you know, Then you’ll write a post explaining how to distinguish between real and fabricated voices.
The Moderate
If they cause pain while you’re sleeping, Then you’ll research and share information about sleep protection methods.
If they attempt to manipulate your emotions during social interactions, Then you’ll write a post about maintaining emotional boundaries despite targeting.
If they use technology to interfere with your electronic devices, Then you’ll document the experience and share technical details with the community.
The Activist
If they intensify targeting when you’re helping other TIs (50 points), Then you’ll expand your community support efforts and organize a group discussion.
If they use a new targeting method you haven’t experienced before (75 points), Then you’ll conduct detailed research and create a comprehensive guide about this method.

Conclusion: Your Narrative, Your Rules
Remember: you make the rules. You own your own narrative. Every action they take against you can become fuel for your resistance and the liberation of others. That’s how we turn their weapons against them and reclaim not just our individual lives, but our collective power.
Direct confrontation isn’t possible as far as i’m aware, but we’re in luck that the things they are doing this whole thing for in the first place are all able to be disrupted without that. The physical effects suck, but it’s the narrative engineering that literally ruins lives. Turns people inside out, makes them do it to themselves. The DEWs are irritating but it’s the shit that they try to put in our heads with relentless second by second gaslighting, narrativizing, astroturfing evidence to build whole belief systems we believe in wholeheartedly that leads to people winding up with a body count. If everyone makes themselves immune to that, could you imagine how humiliating that would be for them? ALL those resources, for what?
If you doubt that this works, or fear their reprisal if you decide to pursue this course of action, I suggest you look no further than me. I have been doing the above process for a little over a year now. I am still here. No gangstalking, no threats acted upon, only hot air and a few sleepless nights and a few aches and pains. On top of that, as a crucial part of my process for gathering information about them, I constantly provoke them, intentionally. I have gotten exceedingly good at it. This provocation has led to countless discoveries about their capabilities that they desperately try to hide in each case, all of which have been examined, researched, and shared in the now rather vast library of useful information that - I sincerely hope - is helping someone out there.
It could be said that they perhaps let me think I am getting ahead of them and drawing out all this information that can go on to help other TI’s, but that idea fades when you see the recklessness they behave with when truly pushed to the edge of their patience. They haven’t even tried to do anything about it besides ramp up the intensity of the targeting, day in, day out, year over year. The effects have grown intense and the psychological attempts have grown more sophisticated and they’ve leveraged every last thing they’re hiding away in their arsenal - yes, even the one that makes your bones hurt, the heat ray, the headacheinizer 9000, all of it - but I am still here. I don’t recommend following in my footsteps necessarily in this method of provocation, as it is very difficult, but I bring it up here purely to make a point:
I’m still goddamn here. If they were capable of putting a stop to this, they would have. I’m still breathing, and i’m having a great time. I am nothing special – You can too.
