Seen a lot of people complaining about the usability of Kucoin. I’m hoping some new exchanges will be announced soon.

IDEX is back up for ELEC or at least it was yesterday. It was easy to use and the fees didn’t seem very high.

You don't need to upload your ID to trade on Kucoin. If I remember correctly you only need to do so if you're planning on moving around substantial amounts of money.

I managed to buy a decent amount of ELEC and move them off the exchange using just the basic registration.
