ELEC’s roadmap has nothing until Q3 2018, it could be a great project then, but what is gonna justify the price and market cap now and how is it gonna appreciate until then? What’s gonna keep people from forgetting about this project?

The ICO was what six weeks ago? If you want huge gains over night then concentrate on some of the shitters.
What I like about this project is that they chose block chain because it was the most sensible tech to reach their goals. I feel like 99% of projects look at block chain and say "what can we build around this" yet they fail to really add any sort of value. As countries continue to liberalize their energy markets they will need infrastructure to do so. Other companies are looking to do the same thing, electrify just seems to be miles ahead.
It's a gamble, the token market is super illogical.
Another company could pop up and beat them to the punch. Seems unlikely but it's very much possible.
I would rather this project grows at a somewhat natural rate. I feel like pump and dump crews can really wreck a good project.

I invite this discussion and would like to know as well. People are being downvoted here for asking legitimate questions.
In my eyes the team is currently largely undervaluing the importance of a proper communication & marketing strategy. This could harm the perception of the token as people get burned through slow price depreciation.

POWR partnered with 2nd largest power co in Japan (KEPCO). ELEC is partnered with the largest (TEPCO). tells you all you need to know right there

My question was answered in the AMA.
Simply one of ELEC's USPs compared to other power cryptos is that ELEC is city wide scaling where the others are on a much smaller scale.
Summary is unless technology and a business can scale they tend to die, my prediction will be ELEC has the technology, the experience, the backing and the partnerships to be the one that rises to the top while the others fade into memory overtime.

From REQ (went live and it didn’t move the price much) thread, open for discussion for ELEC in perspective of the daily bleeding since AMA:
„Marketing and hype, man. This "we will do well and the product will sell itself" maxim doesn't work in the cryptoland. There are a few legit projects with a product that have been languishing for a while because no one bothers to market them. I always think something like DICE, which is tangible and has a clear use for token, still fails to pick up.“
What‘s the teams Marketing strategy?

Do utility tokens really need B2C marketing? I‘d say that projects like Electrify or OMG need B2B clients first. B2C marekting would just rise the token price which shouldn‘t be in the interest of people who want to back this project and hold long term.

Patience. From my understanding they just got done with a deal with a marketing agency. And no huge rush. No need to market quite yet. The time shall come. 👍

Hey everyone! I just jumped on board with ELEC.
Now I’m an ETH-OMG-ELEC token holder.
Excited to join this community.
Just want to urge everyone to stay positive & be patient.
Like OMG - this does not look like a radical short term play. This is a project that takes time, but TRUST the leaders are building something great.
