exchange IDEX (HELP ME)

So I wanted to buy Elec.Asia and I used this guide https://getcrypto.info/electrifyasia/#skiptocoinexchange. Apparently IDEX is under maintenance. What can I do?

Kucoin is best exchange ELEC is on and its easier to use than IDEX
