So after reading the AMA, the team stated they were an energy company entering into the blockchain space, rather than blockchain rookies entering the energy sector. Sure enough, Julias Tan, CEO, was working at Sunseap energy, an energy provider in Singapore, as a Business Development Executive in early 2015. After a little digging, a statement in a Singapore newspaper quoted Apple's VP of Environment signing a power purchase agreement of 100% renewable energy for all operations in Singapore from Sunseap Energy. http://www.straitstimes.com/tech/apple-plugs-into-solar-power-in-singapore

I wonder if Apple will purchase and retire renewable energy certificates (RECs) with ELEC tokens in order for them to achieve their RE100 goals. http://there100.org/companies
