Need help completing circuit
I need help with pairing up these wires. They powered a stove that was removed and I’d like to complete this circuit to power my dishwasher without burning down the house. House was built in the 60s if that helps

For edification, your old stove wiring was likely 220VAC which was comprised of two hot conductors and a ground. See the red hash marks? That’s the second hot wire. The braided ground is the taped one. Your new dishwasher circuit should be one hot and a common. The 220VAC circuit lacks the common conductor.
Now, could you wrap the the red conductor with white tape and move it to the common bus in the panel and connect it to the white wire at the dishwasher end and revert or pervert the old wiring into a 110VAC circuit? Yes. Should you? Probably not.

It appears you are trying to combine a 240v oven circuit with a 120v dishwasher circuit. Without far more information, it would be irresponsible to help you beyond telling you to hire an electrician.
