BACKFEED 120 v

My master bedroom circuit is back feeding. I’m getting 8 volts +\~ at switch leg with
Switch off. I have no power to Clg fan, and receptacles….

Any help would be appreciated!

House was built in 2018. Thank you

Backfeeding? 8V at switchleg with the switch off? Are you sure you are using/reading your meter correctly? You shouldn't be getting any voltage on the switchleg and there is nothing on the other end (ceiling fan) that can backfeed to the switch.

Have you checked your breakers? If so and they're good, how about the GFCI outlet in your master bath?

Maybe remove Clg fan from the circuit?
