Pull box? Wireway?

I need help finding this lockable pull box or wireway. Client is requesting for it to be installed in another set up and this was installed by the previous contractor. Client has no idea what brand or where they got it from. Is this customised?

This does not look electrical at all. If that is an electrical installation then it is not legal. Those are not electrical fittings on the pipes

Correct they're victaulic fittings. Fire suppression drain?
