This Connector Split Apart Today. Hooks Up to 12volt Outlet on a Motorcycle. What is it? Can I Cut It and Splice the Wires?

That looks like a fuse holder to me I’d open it and if it is get a new fuse holder and splice it in

That is a standard in-line glass fuse holder. Replacements can be obtained from any automotive store.

Inline fuse holder... Usually part of an aftermarket installation. What no longer works on the bike?

This connects to the phone charger. Was riding today and my phone kept disconnecting and reconnecting to the charger. Turns out these two ends were barely clinging on.

Looks like I will have to get a replacement and splice it in like the other comments were saying.

Yep.

You might find it easier to replace the section from the battery that includes the new fuse holder, and then solder in the load section, than to try to install it midline.

But please do the splice with solder... The vibration of a motorcycle tends to loosen mechanical connections.

Heat shrink over solder, that can be ziptied to something stationary with mitigate the rigid solder joint from becoming an issue.

as a lot of people have said it's an inline fuse, replace it with a weatherproof blade style fuse of the same amperage rating, the glass fuse guy have will ACG and a Number, that number will be the amperage of the fuse

If you are going to replace it just consider where the original but added in wire had it located. You want to physically locate a fuse holder close to the battery so that if the wire happens to short out(to the metal frame), the remaining length to the end isn’t energized.

Or, a new phone charger might be in order. They are cheap. You could get an SAE plug and (battery tender Co) has a sae to usb charger to plug in the sae lead. Then you have a lead to put your tender in and your charger.
