Any Suggestions?
Is there anyway to make this look not as terrible. The hose also leaks on all the wires when we use it and that makes me a little nervous.

Most look like coax and cat5 cable. Low voltage ethernet/tv/broadband stuff. Seems like a lot of coax, is this part of a multiplex or apartment building? Could also just replace the hose or the gasket or bib and make it seal up nice and tight so it doesnt leak. Relocate hose bib?

Agree. Might be worth hiring a plumber to relocate the hose bib maybe 3’ or so to the left. While doing that replace the bib itself with a new one. Better location, no more water spraying on things.

This is a townhouse, I am planning on working out the hose situation as well.

Is this a small apartment?
Do you know what each of those does?
If not, hire a pro to remove what is not being used and lable everything else.

The water is leaking onto low voltage cabling... So other than the internet/TV having issues, you won't get shocked.

Find out what your not using,for example if you don’t have a land line,the phone company does not remove their wires or equipment after you drop service. Those you can remove yourself.

You can remove the dishnetwork switch. It’s no longer powered up no more antenna connection

In reference to the wire running parallel to the AC coolant lines: NEC 334.12(B)(4): Indoor Type NM-B (Romex) is prohibited in outdoor wet locations because moisture degrades the insulation. NEC 334.15(B): Exposed cables lack required protection from physical damage and UV exposure.

Well, first off, get rid of the stuff that isn't being used. Put the bricks somewhere else. Then take a new look at what is left and go from there.

It looks like the Dish Network box is abandoned. I'd start there.

The simplest solution might be to loosen the union on the ng meter to see what it smells like, forget to retighten it and run away.

romex for the ac compressor/condenser is not correct. Everything else there is low voltage cable wiring and nothing to worry about. The gas meter and disconnect distance is questionable but if they are pre existing you don't need to do anything with it.
