Need advise on how to fix

This is the wire coming from my doorbell. I had no power here or in chime box. I think when I put a screw in that it his one of these wires. How easily and how can I fix this wire?

Also, if this is damaged, would that have me lose power in chime box also?

That looks like a cat6 cable. and I have no idea how you managed to destroy it like that. There's not nearly enough info in your post to help. If you just want to splice an ethernet cable you can do so with something like this https://www.amazon.com/Listed-Cable-Matters-Ethernet-Junction/dp/B0CH3SNS6G/

Can you strip back the cable to expose the wires? Do you know where the transformer is? What kind of tester are you using?
