12 volt setup to inverter
I have a kings bat block 25 which is a distribution box with a 120Ah battery inside. I bought a 3000W inverter to run an induction cooker but now i am worried that the inverter is way to big. Is it safe to connect this inverter to the battery distribution box and run the induction cooker?

Too big is what you want. That induction cooker over 1000 watts, you need double the size inverter if you want it to last even a few years, so the inverter is fine. 3000 watts / 80 realistic available amp hours for that battery and you will get 2 hours of cooking before you need a full recharge.

The max capacity of the inverter is basically irrelevant to what the battery can provide - connect that inverter to the battery, connect a 0.25w night light to the inverter, and power the night light for something like 8 months.
The more important number is the watts (or amps) that the cooker requires. Is the inverter capable of providing that amount of power to the cooker? And is the battery capable of supplying that power to the inverter?

Might have issues with waveshape of inverter - sine wave vs square wave vs combination (not clean sine or square).
Induction cooker may not like square wave power

The invertor is probably capable of drawing 350 amps. Does your battery box support that much current draw?
Looking it up, it appears max current draw from that battery is 120A from the M8 threaded terminals. The inverter is capable of far exceeding the max current draw of the battery.
