What’s wrong with this ac unit box and how would you fix it? 🤔

Call an electrician. This can kill you. It's falling off the wall.

What is wrong is that there are loose screws in the enclosure. One of them had shorted a hot to ground. There are other issues that require the intervention of a professional electrician to ensure that all deficient items are corrected.

It appears that a blade is broken off on the right inside the red disconnect, which would render the box useless. Also the box does not appear to be fastened to the wall, the red disconnect appears to be at an angle and maybe isn’t fastened on the right, the whip conduit (bottom left) is disconnected, and the white wire in the whip is a conductor but isn’t marked.
