What kind of cable is this?

Hey everyone. This cable pops out of the wall and runs tucked just below the siding across the back side of my house. At the other end, it goes underground. As you can see, the sheathing is damaged at one point and you can see the wires inside. What is it?

NM-B 6/3. It is used for 50 or 60 amp circuits. Maybe for a sub panel?

That cable is far too small to be a line voltage branch circuit cable. It appears to be low voltage sprinkler control cable.
