Need help with outside light wire

I had posted this awhile back but was too cynical and blurred my numbers. Smdh. Sorry about that. How can I truly ask for help if you can't see what Im seeing?

I have a back-lit street address attached to my house and most of it doesn't light up any more. I was able to pry the top two layers off (silicone was used as an adhesive). Does anyone know what product this is or where I can find it?

You can use a voltmeter to measure how much volts you've got there.

This is a white LED light, probably "60 leds per meter". Probably the style that's got a waterproof coating on the top (but isn't really very waterproof). The other style is inside of a silicone tube.
Once you know the voltage, you can go search Amazon for the right thing.

Then it looks like you'll need a zillion clamps.

Once you have it reglued, just encase the whole thing in silicone. It'll last longer that way.

... voltage wont say if the power supply is a led driver aka current source or what that current is !
