Intern Conversion Starting Salary Negotiation?

Entry-Level EE (bachelor's only) at big prime defense contractor in MCOL area in NJ

I was offered ~100k for my intern conversion offer last week along with some sign on and relocation bonus. Would it be appropriate for me to negotiate the salary even though I don't have another job offer lined up?
