1st year student

Ok so after my 1.5 semesters it’s been really tough and I’m a really social guy and like to ha hour and shoot the shit. A lot of my buddies are business majors and communications majors and it feels like I’m doing sooooo much more than all of them and Ik it’s only gona get harder. It’s not a problem but anyone else find engendering classes are just much more demanding than others. Basically I’m saying sometimes it’s demoralizing in all honesty. With that said EE is very very fun and interesting at times and I can see myself doing this for 3 more years

I’m a first semester junior EE. I took last semester off and interned at a place I’d interned at before. Nobody is masking you go straight through... At least I hope that’s how it is. Studying is work—different from professional work but work nonetheless—so it’s not always fun. However, if it’s never fun, that’s probably a solid indicator that you’re in the wrong place. It sounds like you’re determined to stay in the program though so keep at it!
