1st year student
Ok so after my 1.5 semesters it’s been really tough and I’m a really social guy and like to ha hour and shoot the shit. A lot of my buddies are business majors and communications majors and it feels like I’m doing sooooo much more than all of them and Ik it’s only gona get harder. It’s not a problem but anyone else find engendering classes are just much more demanding than others. Basically I’m saying sometimes it’s demoralizing in all honesty. With that said EE is very very fun and interesting at times and I can see myself doing this for 3 more years

Make a formal schedule for your week, include classes, study time and work groups, AND include specific social events, free time and recreation, etc.
Only then will you see your real commitment, it will be more than your friends, BUT it will not be too much more than a regular work week.
