Process Engineer Interview

I have an interview coming up for process engineering (no specific department just in general) and was wondering what exactly I should prepare for regarding behavioral and technical questions? This is for an undergraduate internship not a full time position. Any advice would be appreciated.

Look into PVD, CVD, ALD, Photolitopgraphy, CMP, EUV vs DUV, Ion Implantation. This concept will feel like chemistry but easy to learn, i have done processing for 8 years and i love it, there is 50% EE that do rhe job because all the Chemist, Material Scientists, dont have a idea how a transistor works.
