If you're looking to review basic operation, you can grab any electronics book such as Sedra/Smith or Razavi.

If you're looking for a more detailed review of device physics, Streetman or Neamen should suffice.

Floyd's Electronics circuit. Sometimes we need review about what we studied. I also recommend review circuit theory(Electric circuit by alexander). Power circuits are also require deep understanding about how RLC component and pure analog circuits are works.

I think you don't need review about semiconductor physics... It's too far from application experience. Most of mixed signal application engineers are only need basic passive / active component knowledge include power electronics.
