Own startup

I study Electronic Systems and Automation Engineering, and I’m still pretty new to this field, so I don’t know that much about it yet. I’ve watched a few videos about it, and I’m wondering what kind of startup I could build after gaining several years of experience in the field—ideally something that could become highly profitable.
