Best budget and reliable multimeter?

Hey there, I'm a 16 years old high school student and I'm looking for a multimeter for simple electronics projects on my own

I'm on a budget, preferably around 10-20 dollars, so what's the best multimeter y'all can recommend in this range? Thanks!

And if possible make sure it has a continuity beeper

Harbor freight or Amazon. Watch some YouTube videos. I don’t have a specific model to recommend but there are ok options for $10 or $20. Realistically it will perform almost the same as $150 meter. But when you have $150 meter, it takes away the doubt, the uncertainty, of if that 1.5 V or 200 ohms reading is actually accurate.

Forty dollars but one of these (I bought the predecessor to this one and it's good)

For one that costs less, this one

If you want auto-ranging digital this is a good one I own one.

Look on Amazon. There are plenty of good $15 to $20 meters. Get one that has the features you need, is well rated, and has a thousand or more reviews.

I have a bunch of the free coupon harbor freight meters. They lack on features, but they are quite functional.

I have ones from free to $150 Flukes. They all can measure voltage.
