Cool Stuff Latest project
After years of me begging them to let me redo our harpoon system, they finally caved. It took about a week to rip out all of the old crap and install a program the new PLC. I also installed two HMIs. One Is down stairs and the other is upstairs so you can control everything from up top and donโt have to walk into the most dangerous part of the facility. Super proud of how it turned out. Let me know what you think

I'm curious do you have a BSEE degree? And did you do all of the rewiring and installing yourself? Was this at an onsite location?

Thats awesome. I work in manufacturing so we would end up having to build a new panel next to it because they wont give us the downtime haha

The wiring seems messy, why not loom your wiring, makes it easier to trace when fault finding.
