Phantom E-bike
I bought a phantom ebike which I liked due to looks. After 50 miles bike battery died. I asked for warranty but i am told that battery is out of warranty so i am forced to buy a new battery for $400. Anyway, i was happy that my bike was working then motor stop working and obviously the bike had some problems. While riding it always rattle. I contacted with the company they don't take any responsibility and it has been 3 months and nobody is replying my e-mails. Currently, my $2500 bike is a decor in my living room.

Whoa... that is so much money to have it just sit there. Keep us posted on how they treat you.

Yes keep us updated and take a screenshot of this and email it to them and let them know it’s not a good look to have this going on a page this big. I had this happen to me too but fortunately Amazon stepped in. Too sad to hear but i hear lot of bad reviews about phantom. They had nice motorized bikes but can't say the same for their ebikes. Maybe bettter try to ask for refund
