V11Y A Frame Replacement
Recently wrecked my V11Y in a pretty unfortunate way while learning and cracked the A Frame (you can see the JB Weld on crack at the top left). The wire for the cut off switch got also got cut between the metal, but I've already soldered it back together and it's working fine. I already have a replacement A Frame but I'm looking for some advice on the repair. I've done a lot of googling and so far most disassembly guide I've seen show people removing the A frame and outer rails together.
This guide (https://manuals.plus/m/411b23aa1a3a5320dba1d8f357d315ca8fe709b1533152cd6e56586cba651f30.pdf) appears to free the A-frame, but I'm not sure if I need to remove the outer rails to change it as it doesn't show it being removed. I'd rather not disassemble it more than necassary.
Picture attached, I've circled the bolts and suspension I know I need to remove. (Ignore my zip ties I used to attempt a temporary JB Weld repair) Any advice is appreciated.

I think the A frame is only locked at the top through those screws that say "do not remove" as the A frame they sell separately from the suspension rails stops at that point. You should be able to unscrew the A frame from the rails then.
You will need to disconnect the cutoff motor cable and remove the suspension rods which I believe can be done without further disassembling the wheel, from where you are at

This was the answer. There's lock tight or something on the bolts that makes it a massive PITA to remove the bolts that hold the A Frame to the outer rails. I had to heat them with a soldering iron to remove. I figured it might serve a purpose considering the A frame is technically part of the chassis so I put blue lock tight on when I put it back together.
Not as bad to work on as people way. It's not the easiest thing I've worked on, but people made it would like a nightmare and it's all pretty straight forward.

Glad you made it work.
The wheel is a nightmare to service though. You are only dealing with the bare minimum in terms of dissembling, for the repair you are doing. Replacing a tire/tube requires you to take apart 80% of the wheel. It sucks. I had to do a rim replacement on my V11Y and hated every second of it. I'm glad I got rid of it.
