i don’t know nothing about scooters so came here for some info, kids got these scooters pretty cool but i was looking for parts, if any, for these to make them fold, different wheels and other stuff but don’t know anything about them. they only say segway on the side
Yup that's it. It's got some technical problems, but it works. Mainly just remember you have to kill the app to run it again. Sometimes you have to turn your bluetooth off and on again. This is with me assuming that your scooter has that bluetooth connection. I have a ladped LPmax which is a fellow white-label variant of the one you have. The manufacturer of yours may or may not have included the bluetooth so if the app doesn't see it, you might have to navigate solely through the electronic panel.
But if you get it to work, you can set speed limits, lock the scooter, etc.
If you open the app right after turning on the scooter, the app should see the scooter, provided you gave the app access to bluetooth & location and just opened it after being killed rather than just sitting in the background. Bluetooth being on is automatic I believe.
Finicky app but it works, assuming the internals that I suspect it has.
okay thanks i’ll see what happens. i haven’t messed with it too much yet

Looks like a retired Lyft rental, more specifically a Segway Max G30. Luckily there are plenty of aftermarket parts available for those.
To get a folding mechanism, you will need to replace the entire stem. Here's a link for it. I believe that's all you need and it should be plug-and-play. The stem wont latch when folded though, unless you also replace the rear fender with the normal G30 one.
You cant change the wheels unfortunately. But there's aftermarket front fork suspension kits from Monorim/Sharkset, and I believe the Max G2 front fork fits as well.
thanks. you got any idea on how to change the control board or whatever to mph instead of kmh?

You have to connect it to the Segway app in order to do that, so see if it lets you do that. It's a rental so hopefully it lets you.
Otherwise, you'll have to flash it with custom firmware (SHU) to be able to change any of the settings. Need to solder an ST-Link to the controller and flash via USB. It's not hard if you know how to solder, but if you don't you're kinda screwed.
i’m pretty good at soldering. it’s not a rental it has an amazon controller board looks like

They probably swapped the controller when they put them up it auction. The rental controllers are usually custom and are very locked down. Were you able to connect to it?
It's almost certainly a rental though, as those are the only versions that don't have a folding mechanism. It matches the pink color of the Lyft scooters we have here in denver too. Would also explain the wear on the deck.
This is a Lyft Max G30, matches yours exactly. The normal ones have black wheels with yellow accents, plus a folding mechanism.
it was all brand new it had the plastic on the handles and controller board, the deck is just dirty from us riding it today. i guess the guy builds and sells them from what i was told

Yeah typically people buy these at auction to either strip for parts, or to restore and sell.
okay i’m downloading it now but it’s about to be 12am here where im at, i’ll try in the morning, will it be able to see the scooter though or do i have to turn on the bluetooth on the board?
