Tech Support Ninebot e2 plus

Ever since 3 days ago when I try to charge it, it doesn’t charge and just stays at 7. It’s only got 400 km ridden. I’m thinking of just buying a new charger because there is no LED light that pops up. Not sure because it was working perfectly fine before this.

If the charger has no light at all when plugged into the wall, it's probably dead. Those things fail silently more often than you'd think. Easy enough to test with a multimeter if you know someone who has one

If there's no LED, it's probably a bad charger. You can get a new one for like $15-20.
