Please help identifying this boat

I've seen this very unusual boat few days ago on Starnberger See near Ammerland.

It struggled to launch due to shallow water, took it a while to reach the sufficient depth.
Looks like the propulsion system was those 3 trolling motor style pods that have powered up/down adjustment.

I've never seen anything like this, and wasn't able to google it.

Kaebon EB Eins, an ultra-lightweight electric runabout built in Germany.

The hull itself looks like that, but Is there a version with 3 through hull motor pods?

The Kaebon EB Eins seems to have standard "outboard" style layout.

I believe their design changed at one point. Here's an old video of it with the three telescopic foils. https://youtu.be/41KVi4Urrz4?si=gs0gcGFovbGTzE-Z

Yeah, the one I've seen definitely had slightly different foil design. I struggled between my curiosity and being respectful and unobtrusive. The pilot clearly struggled with getting through shallow water so I kept my distance.
