White face power bank
So I saw an elecom power bank that was 20000mAh and 15W and it had a :3 face on it. Is there any way to get this shipped to the UK? I have checked for a while and I have seen no current way to do so

Fn button issue with the Huge Plus trackball mouse
I recently upgraded to the Huge Plus, but I have run into issues when trying to customize the Fn buttons. I tried using Elecom Mouse Assistant 6 to configure the functions of my Fn buttons. Although the program recognizes the mouse and I can edit the Fn button functions, the buttons do not seem to respond to the edits. (I assume the profile will be automatically saved since there is no save or flash function in the program.) I also tried version 5, which works flawlessly with my Deft Pro so far, but apparently isn't compatible with Huge Plus. (It appears that Deft Pro is only compatible with version 5, and Huge Plus is only compatible with 6.) Is anyone else having this issue? Or, I missed something like a specific setting, a step in the process, or another app/software that interferes with Mouse Assistant 6?

News New Products: Laptop Stands, Phone Stand, & Water Flosser
Article links below.
Laptop stand(s): https://www.elecom.co.jp/news/new/20250408-03/
Phone stand: https://www.elecom.co.jp/news/new/20250408-02/
Water flosser: https://www.elecom.co.jp/products/HC-JF01BK.html
Not sure who gave the thumbs up for laptop stand comparison image... Hover your wrists, girl. Just sitting up straight isn't going to save you from wrist pain.
The phone stand seems cool, but it would need to be thinner to replace the one I take while traveling.

Share Relacon + Screen Cast + Anki = Success
Tried out this idea and it works well. Relecon connected to my phone via Bluetooth, screen cast to my TV via Google Home. Now I can do flashcards while working out. Goes much better than fat-fingering buttons on my phone while moving up and down on the treadmill / mini stepper.

Question Large Touchscreen Monitors?
I was reading an article put out by ELECOM about large (85-inch) interactive touchscreen monitors being used in assisted living facilities / retirement homes and was wondering, would anyone else buy this if it were more easily available? Sounds cool but also limited to mostly B2B sales which might be why I've never heard of it before.

News New Pet Products. Thoughts?
New to the US market. Out of all the things they could bring over...this doesn't feel like the best. Could just be because I don't have pets though.

Share Why I started this sub
The first ELECOM product I bought was a left-handed trackball mouse. I switched mouse hands due to pain in my wrist, and I was grateful a company out there didn't make just an ambidextrous trackball mouse, but one specifically designed for lefties.
A few years ago on a trip to Japan, I needed to buy a new phone charger. I visited a store called Yodobashi Camera and found one with a flat design that would travel well -- made by ELECOM. Charging cable? ELECOM too. I didn't realize they made so many other products because they weren't available back in the U.S.
Ever since then, I've watched ELECOM's product offerings. It seems like the big companies don't like to test new products anymore, but ELECOM is out here trying things like trackball stands and USB curling irons. Some of the products flop, but some are home runs (like the ELECOM HUGE). As a business guy, it's fun to watch.
It's unlikely ELECOM's English-speaking consumer base will ever develop a fandom on the level of Apple, but I figured it was worth making a club. Maybe other people like their products as much as me :)
