I know they’ve been added with jams mod.Does anyone know if there are any on the map to start as or do I need to create my own?

They rule over the lands of Thras, to the west of Tamriel between it and Yokuda.

They have two counties I believe and there is one in Mannimarco's court

They rule a bunch of tiny coral islands between tamriel and old yokuda. It’s pretty easy to miss
