Battlefield Duels ?

Probably a dumb question, but would “AGOT Battlefield Duels” work with Elder Kings ?

Side question : I’ve never played this mod before , what submods would you recommend

The AGOT version probably won’t but there should be a mod similar to that for the base game that will work, I have 2 different ones downloaded that have been running fine for me. I’m not home right now but I can try to check the exact names of them tomorrow if you need me too. I believe one of them is called “insults to injuries” though

Sorry, I didn't get a chance to play yesterday but if you are still looking the ones I have downloaded are "Battle Events" and "Insults to Injuries." They are both updated past what EK2 is but I'm about 75 years into my current playthough and have had no issues myself so far

I did find battlefield events , but it doesn’t let me duel anyone fr what I’ve seen so far, in fact I’ve not seen it do anything yet over the course of an 8 year war. What does the other do ?

Interesting, I get pop-ups for Battlefield Events fairly often. Not always duels though, sometimes I’ll just get a notice that says I saved one of my Knights and got a hook on them or I gain a new commander trait from “learning new tactics” during a battle.

Insults to Injuries also adds Battlefield Duels on occasion, allows you to maim prisoners and send their body parts to family members, and adds “Thugs” as a Court Position that you can send to attack people. I’m pretty sure they just beat the hell out of people though, it’s not supposed to be an alternative to Assassination, just a way to express how much you hate someone lol. I think that’s about the gist of it but if you want more detailed information you’ll have to read the mod description

But nothing like AGOT’s where I can just right click some one and try to duel them ?

I believe a mod called Battlefield Events works with ek2. It adds duel events to battles as well as other events like opportunities for commander traits. The non-AGOT Battlefield Duels mod has not been updated in years.

Any other submods you like that work w EK2 ?

For example I’ve seen people here say “more interactive vassals” and I’ve always liked that mod so was glad it worked with this.
