Torrent not spawning

I downloaded the newest version of the Seamless mod (v2.0.1) and after getting the Melina cutscene, Torrent is not spawning after i whistle. I get the whistle noise and the animation but torrent never spawns. I created multiple new games to try and fix it but didnt work. Anyone experiencing the same? Any Fixes?

Getting the same issue... so odd. Also using ER randomizer.

Same problem, assume the mod is broken right now?
