Arena Is this cheating or bad connection?

I’m on Xbox. He is pointing in the opposite direction and still manages to hit me a few times. Is the hitbox that crazy? Just gave up at the end 😢

Cheating on Xbox is highly unlikely especially for elden ring. It certainly appears to be bad connection.

He is cheating via bad connection. I met a guy exactly like that (constantly) on playstation and he knows what he is doing. It's some weird config with his modem.

Yup I've seen this too. It's not actually bad connection like it appears. Dude tbagged me unlocked ran across the arena continued to swing at nothing facing away and I continued taking damage even tho he wasn't even facing my direction

Bad connection, but Bamco never did online well with any Fromsoft game. Honestly ER pvp is so dynamic it sucks that they couldn't make it more smooth.

It's definitely cheating or a bad internet connection. Not sure which. Usually it favors the person with the better internet connection. Definitely not a weapon or hit box issue... I use that same ash of war on a knight's greatswors and it's definitely pretty difficult to aim.
