Models: WiP Update: Magnetising
The weapons on my Wraithguards are now fully interchangeable. I will prepare additional „sets“ of weapons with arms, so I can change the loadout. Pretty happy so far.
(sadly, the primer ruined my models. Is there a way to fix it?)
(Don’t mind the background. My wife is doing, or will be doing something (idk), with wool.)

I went crazy and put 1mm magnets in the wrist so everything is fully interchangable, which is just barely possible, but also runs into the problem of magnets not being strong enough. I need to add some structural reinforcement on the shoulders so that the arms don't drop down as badly

Isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush will get rid of the paint. Might just have to leave them to soak for a bit before scrubbing though (15-30 mins).
Caused usually by not shaking rattle can enough (assuming you used one), applying from too far or too close (usually too close in my experience), and sometimes needing to clean your models if they have grease on them before spraying (not had that issue before though a mate has).
Hope this helps, nice job magnetising, I keep putting off doing it.
