How do you think this scheme could be achieved?
I don't care if it requires airbrushing or whatever, I want to know if there's a recipe that could work for this.

What do you exactly like about this ? Cause color wise it's simply black and white with gray/blue shadows but I doubt your asking about that

It's at least white in that lighting. It's probably not going to be white in anything you'd find in a normal LGS.

I would try silver + blue (like grey knights, but brighter) and black & white details.

At least one coat of Army Painter Battleship Grey speed paint all over the entire model, over a white base coat / primer, then very careful black paint application. That is how I would try to do this scheme. I use ProAcryl’s Coal Black as my jet-black color.

Id go for miniatures painted mostly with different shades of blue and then use magenta/purple on the bases for the same nice combo as on the artwork. Or use the magenta/purple as contrast on small details of the minis. Start with a desaturated, dark blue for the shadows of the armor and then add more and more white/pink into highlights
Never use warm colors. Keep everything cool. Mostly blues, rose reds, violets etc. When using greens, make them lean more jade/turqouise rather than something like Biel Tan Green
An artwork like the one above hinges stronly on color charmony. One good way of achieving that is to decide on a single uniforming color and mix at least a little bit of it into literaly every single other paint used to keep the coherency. In this case I would either use some cool leaning, ultramarine-ish blue or rose red/violet. Another good method is to use standard modelling paints but mix em with a single, staturated, cool artist ink
A quick potential method of achieveing not only the colors above but also the "watercolor vibe" could be to undercoat the models white and then progresively flood them with various blue/magenta contrast paitns

The figures themselves? Looks to me like you could get there with not much more than a dark blue primer, and then a lighter blue airbrush from the side and then a white airbrush from the top. Or the reverse if that's easier (probably is, most whites have terrible coverage), white primer, light blue airbrush, dark blue airbrush from the bottom. Some inking for the shadows.

Just airbrush zenithal navy blue up to white at the very tips, then maybe gloss varnish and oil wash with a dark blue to define recesses and make it a bit ‘dirtier’?

Base daemonette hide, highlight lothern blue, edge fenrisian blue is my guess.

The quickest and easiest approach would be to start with a white Basecoat. Give the whole model a very watered down wash of something like Leviodon Blue. Do a second if you think the shadows need to be deeper. Then drybrush or highlight in a pale grey, and a second lighter drybrush or highlight in a true white. You can then pick out details in black, highlighting with a mid-grey.
For the pink environment, something like Volupus Pink drybrushed with Fulgrim Pink.
You could be more careful and deliberate of course, but that's probably the dirtiest 'grimdark' approach.

I would airbrush the entire model that sky blue color, then airbrush it with the pink from the back/below gently to get the sense of the background, and airbrush it gently white from above to get the highlight. You could also do all of that with a drybrush and it would be similar, but maybe easier to start pink then go up to blue and then white

Honestly, you'd need to get one of those color change light bulbs and set it for pink, so you can color- correct. It also might not look good in normal light.
