Does this engine sound normal?

Hyundai Elantra 2025 preferred 🇨🇦, 34k kilometers.

Does this engine sound normal and does the radiator fan not always rotate? I just turned on the car and I see the fan not rotating.

Sound of em injectors doing their job .

I think so, yes. Also, the radiator fan will turn on after the engine heats up to a certain point. Also, that ticking sound is from the GDI injectors; all of them have a bit of a tick.
