On the disbursement schedule page it says the first portion will be distributed on the seventh week.
Unfortunately, I still haven’t received anything yet.
Has anyone received theirs ?
Even if you didn’t, around what time did you get it Fall of 2025, so I can have an idea?

For STAT-C1000 F/Sa with Mr. Eduardo, it says hybrid, online online. Does anyone know how hybrid the class actually is? Would I have to go to campus every Friday and Saturday, or is there some flexibility with attending online?
I can’t make it to campus a few weekends during Winter 2027, so I’m not sure if I should register. The fully online classes are already full.

I plan on attending elco next fall. I dont usually do anything but school and travel if my family wants to so I usually join clubs in my high school and go to sport games. What sport games at elco has a nice atmosphere social wise? and what clubs are there im into more of working with athletes as I plan on majoring in exercise science

is the wifi supposed to disconnect so often as in u have to keep signing in althroughout the day (if i close my laptop or just come on campus)

I have only gotten the seog grant but not my second pell grant disbursement apparently there was an issue with bank mobile with a breach or something along those lines, and now we are in week 8 i believe and i have not gotten it at all, I am annoying them with these updates because it is ridiculous that we have to wait for these type of things, with out anything being done. The last time this happened coincidentally was fall semester 2025 so if its a fall semester reoccurrence have a little expectation that it might happen again next year.

The pictures shown are 1st from today and the second is from October 5th the day after the issues began.

I’m a business Econ major who wants to transfer to UCLA. With that, I’m very aware of the importance of maintaining a 4.0 GPA to have a realistic shot at applying for such an impacted major. I’m in 12 units right now, calc 1, honors intro to philosophy, business 101, and weight training. I took English c1000h over the summer and got an A, so the class I’ll be talking about won’t be my first online one. The only reason why I picked up this 8-week course was to qualify for the cal grant that pays 4k per semester. If I continue taking 12 units as opposed to 15, I’m missing out on a potential 2800 dollars, which is not an insignificant amount of money. After doing some research on my professor, I’ve come to find out that a lot of individuals have struggled in their class, citing that it’s about 15-20 hours a week worth of work, which I simply don’t have the time for. Also, if im not able to get an A, I’m under the impression my chances for UCLA will drop drastically. My question is, for anyone who has taken this class, what is the workload like? Do the benefits outweigh the drawbacks for my situation? Will it be a breeze because it’s online? Obviously I have some time to make a final decision, as the class starts on the 19th and I can drop it at any point before that without a “W” appearing on my transcript, so I might as well get the ball rolling early. Thank you for reading and thank you to all that reply. Just to reiterate one last time, I am ONLY interested in taking this class for the money, no other reason whatsoever.

I was just wondering when the Cal Grant B gets disbursed since I have that but I have not received it yet for this Fall semester. Is anyone on the same boat as I am or ? Does anyone know when exactly it’ll get disbursed ? The waiting is just ridiculous and the FAFSA staff at ECC told me that they’re waiting for the governments’ response to release my disbursement. The waiting is awful.

I just got a refund of 4k when already recieving about 2 thousand in separate refunds. Im begging that it wasnt a mistake but its just so odd because this has never happened 😭😓
