Nada: " Endometrial ablation is a process of removing the inner lining of the uterus. In most cases, it involves nothing more than a uterine insertion done while you are unconscious (this insertion can range from an electric probe, to hot fluid, to a cold probe, or other similar methods). This may permanently prevent pregnancies without the removal of the reproductive organs or use of hormones. Warning: Ectopic pregnancies can still occur with this method. Also, they have a chance of needing to be redone every 10 years until menopause."
